"Approximately two months after returning items to J&P Cycles they finally credited my credit card account with the refund. Be sure to have some kind of tracking on any returned items. I had given up ever getting a refund because their explanation was that they never received the package. Since the money was refunded I upgraded the ratings. The following is from my previous response - " They strongly suggest using the USPS pre-paid return label. I printed and attached the Return Label and filled out and enclosed the return form and copy of the invoice. Took it inside the post office and asked the clerk to make sure everything was proper. Did not insure it since it was less than $100. The return label has two P.O. Box numbers on it. Yet the instructions say to send all returns to a street number? There are (three) different addresses to choose from in the instructions. So I lose. Lesson learned. I advise others to read the J&P Cycles return page for USPS before ordering anything. You will see what I mean." "
"when I have called tech support and talked to them they have all been knowledgeable, nice and very helpful. When I have talked to sales they where just as fantastic....and most of all when I ordered the wrong part they where all over it and without flinching they took care of everything. The only bad thing that I can say about ordering from J & P Cycles is that I hate the waiting for my parts but that is not their fault....oh ya...I would not complain if they opened a store in Merced, California"

"I love JP but this order for two cables could have been handled better. I received one cable with no problem but the second waited for vendor delivery to JP. I should have been notified of this at the time of order. Not until the first one shipped did I get an indication that the other was out of stock. Then no email telling when I could expect it. It did arrive this week."
