"Doesn't give enough information, i bought a 13" ape handlebars and found notch was one slot and not two for wired 3" risers. Also nor stated it was for 31/2" or 4" space of knurls. I had to grind the posts used in slots of 2 and knurls exposed inside space. Nor inserted any wires into handlebar because 1 slot being exposed."
