"I bought product code 503-845 to hold my GPS on the Bike. When I ordered it said complete ready to mount on BIKE. When it got here there was no mounting hardware to put it on the handlebar.
I've gotten things in past when I converted my Road King to a trike and when it said complete it was complete.
