"My son liked the jacket we ordered and it was delivered before scheduled. We had to end it back because the jacket was too small for him. The sizing chart on the website is not accurate for size. Should have went with my instincts and gotten two sizes larger. We shall see how return goes. I will be very satisfied when he is wearing the appropriate size jacket.

"I ordered a part and paid for over night shipping they sent the wrong part so I called the guy said he would call me back he never did then I call the next day and a girl told me how sorry she was and that she would order it over night .the next day no part so I called again I was mad and they said how sorry they was and all I would have to pay the difference of $5.86 I said OK they said I would get Saturday delivery .well guess what it was not delivered again I spent over 4 hours on the phone and my part still is not here not a happy biker"

"Ordered an anchor rod for my Springer brake and had it shipped to myrtle beach sc. Then I received a call 3 days ago from myrtle beach saskatechewan Canada saying that it was received there. Canada post said they are resending it, so let's see how it goes."
