"I ordered a tire online that was shown as being in stock and would ship within a day or two. The next day I receive an e-mail, stating that they did not have the tire in stock and they couldn't give me a date when it would be available. Followed with the usual apologizes and the promise of shipping the tire out, just as soon as it comes in. Next time I'll call and talk to an operator that can verify that an item is in stock."
