"On 8-25-14 I ordered aLE PERA Bare bones passenger seat. I was told it would take 2-3 days for you to get it. I called a week later I called about the order and got no answer from you Lisa took my number and now its 9-05-14 and I still havent heard back from you."

"You don't mention the 10% restocking fee when there is a purchase. Makes me wonder if you ship the wrong item just to have customers return them and charge this fee. Probably won't be using this method of purchasing going forward. Thanks. :-("

"This is not a question, but a complaint. I just called and spoke with a customer service rep and found out that my tires still hasn't been shipped for over two weeks due to your companies incompetency. I am a new customer and was asked by email to give my credit cards issued home address. So, I responded back and was confirmed that all was good, but it was still not shipped. Now, I have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks because you guys dropped the ball and refused to ship it EXPRESS. I think you guys can at least try to get it to me ASAP, it was your mistake not mine. Below is the email correspondence verifying my complaint.

Our home address that's connected to our Visa credit card is: 11537 village place drive, Houston, Texas 77077.

I need more clarification to your statement:

"we request that you ship to the billing address of the credit card"

Are you stating that, both my tires will not be shipped to my APO - Camp Humphrey's in South Korea?

Please keep in mind, 11537 village place drive is my permanent address in America, but I am serving with the US Army and currently stationed in Camp Humphrey's in South Korea. This is the reason for the APO address.

Please clarify as to where the shipment will go to?
