"They where wonderful, highly capable, and quick with the proper answers. The service was top notch, and friendly. I had an issue with their online chat, not that it did not give the correct info, just that it took the info away to quick, to see how it was doing. A automatic review, that popped up.
The on call Customer Service Rep and Technician, on the other hand, were top notch, friendly, yet not pushy, and quick, knew what they were talking about and got me on my way!

"I ordered a tire at the end of June. It was suppose to be delivered by July 1. I had a vacation planned at the end
of July, which is why I needed the rear tire.
The tire never showed up. It took a week to resolve the issue only to find out it was out of stock.
But JP cycle never checked other locations to help correction the lost tire.
Until I was charged twice for a tire that I never recieved.
1) lost in transit
2) Back ordered till 8/12, but charged for it.
Finally talked to Taylor MI location they had 3 tires in stock.
3) Purchased another tire, which was shipped the next day.
BUT I am unable to go on my planned vacation. IT leaves this sunday.... PS it was paid for...MY LOSS :("
