"I ordered a tire at the end of June. It was suppose to be delivered by July 1. I had a vacation planned at the end
of July, which is why I needed the rear tire.
The tire never showed up. It took a week to resolve the issue only to find out it was out of stock.
But JP cycle never checked other locations to help correction the lost tire.
Until I was charged twice for a tire that I never recieved.
1) lost in transit
2) Back ordered till 8/12, but charged for it.
Finally talked to Taylor MI location they had 3 tires in stock.
3) Purchased another tire, which was shipped the next day.
BUT I am unable to go on my planned vacation. IT leaves this sunday.... PS it was paid for...MY LOSS :("

"Bag speakers that I ordered were not compatible with my audio system, although they appeared to be in J&P's catalog. But, no problem when I used their pre-paid return shipping label and dropped it at a UPS site. In a few days the product was received and a credit back to my original card was completed. I really appreciate the fact that they refunded straight to my credit card instead of surprising me with an in-house credit that could only be spent on their site. "JPs website is lousy, too many popups, easy to make a mistake and buy the wrong item, then you're stuck with it unless you want to pay for shipping. You're better off buying from someone that offers free shipping.
