"Bag speakers that I ordered were not compatible with my audio system, although they appeared to be in J&P's catalog. But, no problem when I used their pre-paid return shipping label and dropped it at a UPS site. In a few days the product was received and a credit back to my original card was completed. I really appreciate the fact that they refunded straight to my credit card instead of surprising me with an in-house credit that could only be spent on their site. Thanks J&P for the great experience."
"JPs website is lousy, too many popups, easy to make a mistake and buy the wrong item, then you're stuck with it unless you want to pay for shipping. You're better off buying from someone that offers free shipping.

Customer rep was professional but told me part was on back order waiting on stock from v-twin, I felt that if my order status would have been updated to not available, it could have saved me some time in locating my part, as it turned out I lost 8 days for nothing. with no estimation of availability I decided to cancel order, and look elsewhere, I will say in the past I have had multiple orders With J&P cycles that I was completely satisfied with, so I plan to continue ordering from J&P cycles."

"Ordered two item’s for my 1944 WL, and waited till I forgot about the order, just over a month. When it did ship , I had not planned for it and over drew the account I use for online purchase. The parts were a friction kit for the rocker clutch pedal, and a kick arm for starting the bike. Both items are kinda important for the operation of the motorcycle. I didn’t wait I ordered and received from a competitor and had them in days. I remember a antique catalog you used to put out every so often, bring it back or send me one and we can possibly try again. I have a 1954 waiting in the wings as soon as the ‘44 is up, RedLeg"
