I finally regestered online and then ordered parts online... waited, waited, waited... called and was told my card was on their fraud list... two weeks lost and now I'm jammed up. "Jacks Small Engines will ALWAYS have my support and business. Their customer support department is beyond expectations as far as following up, getting to the root cause of the issue, proper way to a resolution.
I received a part that was cataloged wrong and so it was the wrong part. They researched and found the issue with the manufacturer, located the correct part and offered to ship it to me free of charge. I had already found what I needed elsewhere. They refunded my money, no questions asked. They were very helpful, courteous and polite. I would advise ALL to do business with this company and use them as a business model if you need improvement in your CSI of your own company. Thank you Jack's!!"
