"I needed a new engine for my lawnmower. I found your web site and saw a crankcase comp listing for my engine. I have some skills and figured I could build a new engine if I was able to get a crankcase with the crankshaft, rods, and pistons installed. I called Jack's and asked what a crankcase comp(complete) meant and what came with it. I was informed it was a co.plete crankcase, I asked complete with crankshaft, rods, and pistons and was told yes. I ordered the crankcase comp and the gaskets needed to rebuild my engine. After waiting a month the crankcase came in and was only the crankcase. I called to co firm that was it and that they did not ship me short the crankshaft, rods and pistons and was told no just the crankcase was all I was getting. So not sure why you call it a complete crankcase because it it only 1 chunk of aluminum, you can't break it down any further. I contacted Jack's agai. To find out how to return all the parts I have received and cancel those I ha e not and have only gotten this survey. Very disappointed customer."

No updates on delivery contacted Jacks - person there investigated and said air filters are discontinued. I then ordered filters on eBay and received them in just a couple days.
