"Waiting on the part was a little bit discouraging due to the fact of not using my 90's Roper lawn and garden mower,had to mow with a push mower.The problem is with the steering shaft on the Remanufactured kit too thin compared to the Roper steering shaft also too short.I'LL have to modify my own coupling to attach the original steering shaft or weld to attach it.It would be ok if it Lasts.There were no instructions for the reman and would 've been nice about some update on the unit in question.I like the service but at times when these parts are not being made we have to scavage thru the junk piles.
