I got no explanation from JemJem until I emailed them asking why I received a refund with no notice. JemJem states that the original order wasn't up to their standards. This should have been discovered before I was allowed to purchase the item. I'm very content with my second order, however. I appreciate their commitment to standards, but the communication is lacking."

"I am satisfied, however, I purchased the phones as backups (instead of purchasing insurance via the carrier) so I have not activated either one of them (hence the 4 stars). I charged both phones and aesthetically they seem to be just fine. I was able to navigate through different screens with no problems. They look good for refurbished phones. The package arrived when estimated and they even added screen protectors (if that was part of the deal I completely missed it). I see that Verizon is the carrier (settings) so I am good. Over all I am pleased with the price and the service so far. I am hoping nothing goes wrong with my current phones in the next 30 days but I feel confident that the phones I purchased from JemJem will be fine (now don't disappoint me please! hahaha) "
