Very poor customer service and turnaround time

"Horrible service. Not sure how they can stay in business selling technology. If I can give a minus 1 star rating, I will. Laptop was shipped with defective OS X. Request for exchange was filed the same day laptop arrived. Customer service response is slow. I sent another email to notify that the RMA they issued contained the wrong sender name and requested the correct one to be sent so defective laptop can be switched for exchange. 5 days had passed, 3 emails was sent from me, and not one single respond from Jemjem. I gave up after the 3rd day and ask them for refund instead (not issued yet, no respond on request), then proceed to buy a new iMac from Apple Store. The new iMac from Apple Store was delivered yesterday and all set up. Jemjem? Still no response on RMA return label or attempt to fix sender's name. This is the second time Jemjem had screwed up my order and I will NEVER return. I will ship back defective laptop today with incorrect return label they gave me. The RMA email clearly indicates that I only have 14 days to ship it back. Jemjem already wasted 5 out of those 14, not sure what kind of game they're playing. If they refuse to issue refund, I will sue. I keep all email inquiries. In addition to that, Jemjem will be reported to Better Business Bureau. Don't buy from Jemjem! 2 out of 2 bad transaction is not a coincidence. I waste time waiting for laptop to arrive, waste time to troubleshoot their defective MacBook that's supposedly "certified refurbished", waste more time waiting on their responses, waste time to ship back, waste time to get refund that they probably won't give. Also... my project would've been finished by now if it wasn't because of all the delays caused by Jemjem. I wish I would've paid full price at Apple Store from the beginning. This is so not worth it!

I gave them multiple chance to fix the problem and gracious amount of days. Jemjem requested to "give them a chance to get good rating". They ran out of chances. Too bad.

Turnaround time breakdown:
- 6 days from order to delivery
- 1 day to respond on first broken merchandise inquiry
- 2 days to issue exchange label (but incorrect information)
- 6 days to never: wait on correct return label (respond never received)
- Refund issued? Who knows? Maybe never, but will file dispute if that's the case

"The order was not shipped to meet my deadline. I paid for expedited shipping. I repeatedly called JemJem to obtain the status of the shipment. I was put on long telephone holds on each occasion and the customer service personnel were unhelpful and could barely speak English. I assume that you have outsourced this to India....(because that is the way it sounded). I also tried your "Live Chat", but all I got was "canned responses" and never any detailed information about the status of my order. I finally was told that the product was not in stock...after I called you!!! I wasn't given a notice. Therefore I cancelled the order because it could not be delivered in the time frame I needed. I can honestly say that JemJem has the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experience! Terrible. I will never order another product from Jemjem."
