aced cameras in secured areas,now I understand why. Whomever packaged my product either damaged it at the last minute or was negligent in fear they may be held accountable. Custermer Service walked me through the shipping process with no further expense to me!!!! "Let me first start out by saying that I'm not one to write reviews. However, I would hate for anyone to do business with a company that won't provide a decent service.
I was promised an iPhone 5s that was capable of receiving service from AT&T. Upon receipt of my "new" iPhone, I went to AT&T to activate the phone. NOPE. The phone was not jail broken. Not once, but twice JemJem tried to unlock the phone only to fail miserably.
They sent me an RMA to return the phone in which I shipped it back for a full refund. After one month of the phone being delivered back to JemJem, they claim they've never received it. After several discussion, and proof of delivery due to the tracking number provided on the RMA they sent me, I have yet to receive my money back. Their business policy is to refund your money after 3-5 business days of receipt.
Never again.
