"I'm highly disappointed with this company. I ordered a iPhone 4 for AT&T, but when I received the package and turn the phone on, it was for Sprint. I had to send it back. I used the website before to ordered an iPad Mini and the order was correct. I was don't understand how you can mess up an easy order."

"I placed an order, received order confirmation and a tracking number a few days after, then all of a sudden I receive an email from paypal saying that the payment was refunded. I try to call and they have me on hold for hours, so I hung up. I emailed someone and it seemed like they were avoiding my question. I am still trying to understand why my order was canceled and refunded? Why isn't there a reason? "

Was an iPad 2 with 3G refurbished, was pleasantly surprised at the mint condition it was in and the fast shipping. Read other reviews online and truth be told I was expecting a nightmare! Thankfully, I disagree with the negative reviews as this was a great seller and I feel far surpassed my expectations. "One of the iPads I bought wasn't even working. It's like they just throw them in boxes without checking them first. Their customer service is probably just one dude who can't read or write English, but he posts as a different customer service rep with a woman's picture every time he responds. REALLY SHADY BUSINESS. They took two weeks to tell me that they were going to give me a refund instead of actually replacing the iPad as promised. Still waiting for the refund..."

"JemJem has a good collection of mobile phones and fits the price point I was looking for.

The order processing was flawless and transparent. I received email acknowledgement on time.

I wish Jemjem change their courier partner. I chose a 3 day expedited delivery by paying $15.99 additional cost as I had to get the product to be delivered within 4 days. However, Jemjem sent the product via USPS and there was no update available on USPS website for nearly 4 days. Neither was Jemjem helpful in tracking my package except mentioning that USPS will update the status on their website. When the delivery time was unsure, Jemjem processed refund order of 3-day expedite shipping of $ 15.99.

My expectation, money was not important, the committed delivery date was important to me. I wish Jemjem chooses a reliable shipping partner for all expedited shipping requirement. In this case, Jemjem sent as a matter of fact email stating they have refunded the expedite shipping cost without taking responsibility to ensure that shipment happens as per commitment.
