"Purchased an iPhone 5 for my daughter for graduation for $429 & she's had it 3 months & now it doesn't work. Husband called jemjem & they wouldn't even attempt to help. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOT!!!! Can't believe how quick they were to dismiss the whole thing & we can forget about getting a replacement(not that we would want one from them) so now we are stuck paying for NOTHING!!!! DONT SHOP AT JEMJEM!!!!!! "

"My Order supposed arrive on Friday and scheduled my trip based on that so the order did not arrive on Friday and I flew away to Europe w/o the iPad so very good deal or product However did not arrive and I redirected it to a different address since I am no longer at that address.

I am very unhappy with the last purchase I made here today my product does not come up to me, even me contacting several and several times to change the address well before reaching me, yet my efforts have not been resolved to this day, I would which in this now open channel please help me to solve this impasse. I bought an iphone here and was sent to a place even I saying not to send it would not have anyone else at that address, now ask to have elsewhere, because even already paid for it and already have passed 11 days and nothing.

"Was trying to order a iPad Air and had received an email that they were in stock. I went online 5 minutes after receiving the email and made my purchase, and paid for expedited shipping. I received a "shipping confirmation" and everything appeared to be in order. However for the next 2-3 weeks I had to call to see where my order was. Each person I spoke with told me something different. One day, it was that they were out of stock but have new ones coming in that day to be shipped out. The next day it was that they were in stock and I should get more shipping information soon. Each day it was something different. Then finally after 3 weeks of going back and forth I finally get a phone call offering me a lesser product for a whole $25 off. No thanks!!! At that point I asked for my money back. That took another 3 weeks to get back and only after I had to call my bank to intervene . This company is a joke"
