"Really not a good company. I am a musician that depends on an iPad at my gigs. Mine failed, so I needed to buy another one right away. Went on sears.com and found a good deal with jemjem.com reseller, so ordered it. I received an email a couple days later saying it was shipped. The next day I received an email saying I was being refunded. no explanation or warning. I called them today and they basically said that the iPad I bought wasn't really available. I need an iPad by tomorrow now and because of this company's ridiculous business practices that will not be possible. Unless you like a crap shoot, stay away from them."
"I thought Jemjem's refurbished products would be the same as Apple's refurbished products, so I was surprised to see the back and edges of the phone chipped and damaged from previous drops. Listing does not say that item may come with cosmetic damage. I now know that Jemjem refurbished just means used phone tested for functionality. I found brown skin oil gunk in the SIM tray and phone seams that I had to pick out with a toothpick and needle. I also didn't find it very professional that there were 2 crotch photos and 1 crotch video (probably from the camera testing) as well as personal sites still loaded in the browser. I figured it would have been factory reset like the description said and at the welcome screen the first time I turn it on. Nonetheless shipping was fast and price was still reasonable. I will keep the chipped/scuffed phone because I cannot afford downtime but not sure if I would buy again since I'd be gambling on the cosmetic condition of the phone."
"When I got my iPhone i went to activate it after that it shut off on me and did not came back on. I contacted jemjem and they told me to send it back first and that they would determine if it was bad or not and until then they would send me a phone. I am now with out a phone for who knows how long. What made me upset is that they don't provide expedited shipment, I paid for this device is not like they doing me a favor. "

"The same as the other dissatisfied customers. They sold something they didn't have on hand, charged the payment, made the delivery lable and never shipped out. Contacted Customer service via email, asked them about the order, if it's going to be shipped out or not. Customer service cancelled my order without even telling me. I highly recommend to stay away from these jokers."
