"At first I was hesitant to order from Jemjem.com, since their products are seller refurbished and not manufacturer refurbished. In the past I have purchased refurbished tech directly from Apple, but due to the much lower prices I decided to give Jemjem a try. When my orders arrived (iPhone 4 and iPod touch 4 gen) I was surprised to find products that were no worse than what Apple sells through their "Refurbished and clearance" store. Both screens were without any blemishes and only the iPhone had a little, barely noticeable scratch near the volume controls. I also compared the batteries' life to what was listed online and it seems (although I am not sure about that) that Jemjem might have also replaced the batteries with new ones. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and plan to buy from them in the future.

This was my third order from Jemjem and it gets better and better! The iPhone looked brand new with no visual imperfections. The battery life was close to what apple listed on their website. Cannot be more happy!"
