"I bought my wedding dress and it far exceeded the quality I expected, the colours were great and it was quite heavy - not something I had expected. The only issue I had was the sizing, I had them resize my measurements (custom size) to be a maternity fit and while I did say I'd prefer too big to too small, it was simply massive (add an extra $250 for refitting locally). That aside, gorgeous dress. Took me a short time to work out how to attach the diadem to my head, but that was quite pretty. Loved the pearl sets that I got for my bridesmaids, but didnt't realise they were clip on earrings - not sure if the site said or not.
Shipping was fairly quick, but the box came rather crushed (nothing was damaged in any way but had me holding my breath!)

"The dress was very beautiful. I ordered a custome made dress. It was made well from the bodice up. From the bodice down , did not match up to what was pictured and described and ordered. The train was too long and I had too get it professionally altered.

I found the exact dress that I was looking for a long time on Jenjenhouse. I ordered the dress on Apr. 15th and got it today (May 6th)! OMG the dress is soooo beautiful and I can not believe that I got this gorgeous dress only couple hundred dollars. The details, sewing and everything are high quality. It is little bit heavy than I thought but I could not be happier for this price! I was afraid that I will not receive it on time so I ordered another dress from Davids Bridal which is similar to this dress since I love this dress so much but it cost me over $500 and I am not receiving that dress from Davids Bridal yet! I emailed Jenjenhouse stuff many times and asked all the questions that I had before I ordered and during processing time. They always answered within 24 hours and supported me all the way. I was very pleased their services even my ceremony date has been changed I got dress two weeks before my event! Thank you so much for all the hard work and wonderful support. "My daughter orignally found the site at school while getting ready for their formal. I was skeptical at first because I wasn't sure how everything would fit. We chose a beautiful strapless floor-length gown in royal blue. We read the instructions on measuring and followed them but left a little "breathing room". We should have just measured like the directions said because it was a little loose. That was our fault. We ended up taking it in a little around the bust and it was perfect!
