"We were very happy with the dress...however there is one really big complaint! We requested that the dress be altered and that the train be removed. The dress was delivered without any alterations, even though we paid for it. JenJen acknowledged their mistake and refunded the extra cost right away, but the problem was that we now had to scurry to get the dress altered on our end. This was not only extremely stressful, but outrageously expensive, relative to what we had already paid to JenJen for the train removal. It is costing me almost as much for the alteration as it did for the dress - VERY UPSET OVER THIS!!!!"

I'd totally use Jen Jen House again, even after being afraid of the "no returns unless it doesn't fit the stated dimensions" policy. I couldn't believe how quickly it was made and delivered.
