"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered a dress and the quality was bad and the color was off. We followed every requirement for their return policy. We called within 7 days of receiving the item, the tags are still on it, never worn, etc. We have not been authorized for a return. They respond to our request for a refund by telling us that some parts of the world have different standards of quality and they try to convince us to keep the dress. They will not give me return instructions therefore, they are refusing to abide by their return policy for a refund."
