They were easy to communicate via email and shipped the dress ontime but I would recommend measuring yourself very carefully if you are ordering custom sizes. My dress fits fairly well except for some minor issues. Dress was supposed to be burgundy, it was more red so make sure to get a color swatch if the exact color is important to you! The construction of the dress is ok. Their customer service was nice to deal with. "
