I also had a slit and train removed from one of the dresses, i emailed and asked them about it and had a quick reply. Both dresses were excellently made in quality fabrics. The only thing I found with one of them was that the zip is quite stiff especially trying to get it over the waist/bust area as there is more fabric there. "I'm happy to say that my dress from JenJen House was delivered quickly and nicely packaged! I'm very happy with my dress which is a very close copy of a Watters dress called Jasmine. The price was really good and I received my dress within a week which is faster than what was expected for a custom dress size.
The dress is made of tulle which has small dots (different from Watters) however I'm actually happier with this detail because it gives the dress even more of a vintage feel. I would suggest that instead of the rhinestones (silver) that JenJen house uses I'd request a different sparkle. I'm doing mine by hand replacing the sequins with Swarovski crystals but for the price of the dress it's worth it to me! I hope other brides will trust in JenJen house for their dress - especially brides on a budget! :)
