"Wow what a great shopping experience! Hey all, I found a beautiful wedding dress on JenJenHouse.com but couldn't decide on which color to order the dress in:-( Sent in an inquiry requesting pictures of the dress I wanted in the "champagne" color. Customer Service quickly replied and suggested that I order there sample swatches to get a feel for the color I was looking to order the dress in. I placed an order on Sunday and received the samples on Tuesday! Wow what great service these guys render! The product material sample quality is the best I've seen in a long time! The excellent delivery turnaround & customer service provided allowed me to make an informed decision on the same day (Tuesday) i got my material samples. I'm so impress with JenJen House and can't wait to see my wedding dress!! Thank you JenJen House for offering such great customer service!!!

"I was a little worried about ordering a dress sight unseen but the significant cost difference between JenJenHouse and other internet sites made me take a chance. I did the measurement just as instructed when I ordered and kept my fingers crossed. Not only did my dress arrive in the exact time frame they said it would...it was beautiful! "I had no issues at all with Jen Jen house and have recommended it to two of my friends who are also getting married. They too have made purchases from Jen Jen house. The only one issue that I did have that upon delivery I did have to pay extra cost of shipping--it was about 90 dollars."
