"I want to share my experience of Jen Jen House with others who like me may be wondering if this is the right route for them, especially if it is for their special day. I seriously doubted my purchase would be any good as I was paying so little for it, but having ordered in plenty of time for my Beach wedding, would allow me to look elsewhere if it were no good. I needn't have worried as it was perfect. The dress fit as though it had been made for me and the quality and workmanship were second to none. As a dressmaker, I was really impressed. Considering the dress had been shipped twice (second time in my suitcase), it never had so much as a crease in it. "I bought this dress a few months ago, and it arrived promptly. The box was so small, I was in shock when I pulled out the dress and it was made perfectly, a tad heavy, but all the seams were perfect. I tried it on immediately and unfortunately I couldn't do up the lace back by myself (I'm not that flexible!) but it fitted really well.
When my mother came to visit, she helped me do it up, and she couldn't believe that for the quality, the price was exceptionally good.
Being a larger girl, I got the dress made to custom size, slightly smaller than I was, and even four weeks out from the wedding it still fits! What's amazing is, the design of the dress actually enhanced my bust line and hid all the lumps and bumps everywhere else. :)
Words cannot express how pleased I am with this purchase. Ecstatic doesn't even come close!

"I would agree with the NEGATIVE reviews. I was stupid and didn't look into the return policy in depth. I knew I had 7 days to return if it wasn't what I wanted, but didn't realize they would not return no matter what. Both dresses I ordered were WAY TOO SMALL, and didn't fit at all like they did on the website. I ordered up a size and they still didn't fit. I emailed the company within 7 days, took a picture, put in the difference in measurements and they said the dress looked "pretty". Really?? It didn't fit! This is a total disgrace to online ordering. I have had really great experiences with practically every website I've ever used- I had no idea this one would be a HUGE SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!"
