"Although my dress was slightly delayed, due to the rest of my order not being ready, when it shipped it got here extremely fast. My dress is stunning and I am so surprised at how good the workmanship and quality is. It is exactly like the picture and made to fit me perfect. I had to cancel my tiara to allow my dress to arrive as there was nine in stick and I received a refund for he tiara without having to ask. I would highly recommend this company and I would have to say I was stunned when I my dress."

"This is my first order with JenJenHouse and I must honestly say that I am BEYOND impressed. Rather intimidated at first, having never odered a customfitted dress online and from Asia, I thought it's certainly worth a try, especially since the provided customer reviews were encouraging and I know Asians are very good with craftsmanship. I was a bit worried mostly about ordering online, but the entire order has been a breeze from start to finish.
My mother and myself ordered 2 custom taylored dresses to be worn at my sister's wedding. No one else taylors such complex and high quality evening gowns in no time like JenJenHouse and delivered to your door this fast and at such a MODEST price. Pure and simple truth.
Upon the arrival we were blown away by the gowns... they are MUCH MORE beautiful and impressing than on the photos and the attention to detail is a pleasure. Just an FYI, you should customize your dress size when you order because the sizes are not accurate to US size. You can expect me as a future customer. I am so happy with my purchase! Amazing."

"I am very disappointed with Jen Jen House. I ordered and received a dress, but there is a funny curve on the back zip which actually gives me a very obvious hump between my shoulder blades. I took it to my dressmaker (a very experienced lady) to see if she could sort it out. Unfortunately, the zip would need to be taken out and the dress recut and she could not guarantee the outcome. I sent photos of it to JenJenHouse clearly showing the bulge between the shoulder blades and asked to take it back. Their response was tough luck, that the zip was straight when it left them. In fact they implied that I must be a peculiar shape! I will never deal with them again and would warn anyone else to be very, very wary. I don’t understand why they say they accept returns.

They have offered 50% reduction for repair which I have accepted as I need to cut my losses. By the way, I've since got a vat bill from delivery company for 23% of dress value....just to add insult to injury."

But they hv surprised me by sending the dress in 12 days time I got my dress on the 14th day!!! "I received my dress in about a week and a half from the date I ordered it. I ordered it one size up from what I thought I needed. I'm glad I did because it fits pretty snug in most parts. The dress is true to its description, but the train is much longer than I expected. Quality wise, the dress looks great. It is a strapless dress, and it even has a built-in bra. I LOVE that feature because I don't have to worry about fidgeting all night because I'm tryin to keep my bra from showing. Although I'm not crazy about this dress because it doesn't fit me the way I thought it would, it wasn't because of any negative business from the site. Shipping was reasonable, the dress is still a pretty dress, and it arrived before my event date. I would recommend this site to my friends, and I would definitely purchase from them again. "

"I am a medical student who has little time on my hands. I am getting married in a couple of months and am in love with a dress that they have listed on their website. I ordered the dress which was $134.00 and paid $25.00 for shipping. I wanted to see the quality and try the dress on before ordering 8 bridesmaids dresses which will be the same dRESS. I attempted to send the dress back as it does NOT zip and is not a true size 6. I even trIed the dress on my bridesmaid who is a size 4 and she too can not fit this dress. I went to FEDEX to be told that it will cost me $135.00 to send the dress back which is more than the dress. I have attempted to contact them on numerous occasions and have not been called or emailed back. THE WEBSITE STATES THEY WILL CONTACT YOU IN 24 HOURS WHICH IS NOT TRUE. I AM NOW STUCK WITH A DRESS THAT DOES NOT FIT ANY OF MY BRIDESMAID WHO ARE ALL VERY SMALL. I WAS ALSO SENT THE WRONG INVOICE.ITS BEEN PAST 7 DAYS SO I HAVE WASTED OVER $150.00 ON A DRESS.
