"My product didn't even ship for 3+ days, and after direct complaint to Jet.com they didn't even care to make it right. I also paid for expedited shipping which wasn't expedited. Do not use this service!!!!!! I would give zero stars if it was possible. Price for the product wasn't even that much better than anywhere else.

I ordered my item on a Thursday evening, this item should have shipped the next day, I used their service because they said 2-5 days, product didn't even ship unroll following Tuesday, and then took an additional 5 days to get here. Not acceptable"
" I bought a shop Vac that was shipped in the factory box with a UPS label stuck on it. The box arrived beat up looking. The contents inside the box looked fine but after using this thing a few times it just stopped working. Maybe I just got a defective one or it was caused by the bad packaging ( should have been shipped inside a protective box. ) Since it had been 34 days after I received it, and they only have a 30 day return policy, I was not able to return it. Had I purchased this from, Wal-Mart, Target, or Home Depot, Etc. I would have had a 90 day return policy and could have just returned it for another one. Now I have to buy a new one or try and get this broken one fixed. The few dollars I thought I was saving is now going to cost me even more money in the long run."

"Never received a package where the products were so well protected from spillage. They taped the caps on, put each item in a separate zip lock bag, and then boxed up the items with excellent protection. Best I have ever received.
Secondly, I did this review willingly, but I do not like having to go in my past records to locate the invoice number and transaction date. Make your reviews more user friendly. You know I purchased items, so you should have this information already.

"I found the site a little hard to navigate and the search function to be less than optimal. I searched for 2 gallon trash bags and was still presented with mostly 10 gallon trash bags. I was not able to select a size of trash bags on the left-hand side menu, either. I also bought toilet paper and the left-hand menu was far more extensive. It would also be helpful to be able to re-order the results based on top sellers, most highly reviewed, etc. so that I wouldn't have to search through so many options (right now I can only reorder based on price low to high and vice versa)"
