"I ordered a double think mattress topper from Jet and received a waterproof topper instead, it has been a nightmare trying to get the proper one. I've had to wright at least six emails at this time and they still can't figure it out! I've sent a picture of my original order, a picture of the product and a link to the product and they still can't seem to send it out. "This is the worst shopping website ever. Do yourselves a favor and avoid it. They canceled and order of mine that was flagged by there fraud department. They did not contact me via email to at least let me know there was an issue with the purchase, they made one phone call and erased my whole account. It wasn't until days latter when I could not log into the website and could not reset my password that I found out.
There customer service people where completely useless. I asked they why they couldn't at least have sent me an email to let me know there was an issue. They basicly told me I was stupid for suggesting such a thing. So I asked they why the website couldnt have prompted my to call them when I tried to log in and again they told me I was an idiot and were completed condescending to me.

"Placed my order on 9.3.15, the source was stated as a vendor that is less than 45 minutes from my door and is a global reseller with an excellent rating.
Six (6) days later I receive an email from Jet stating that my order is delayed and to check my order details for additional information.
Now when I check my order, it states as being shipped from compsource.com, a reseller that has a 4.5/10 rating with RR.
To say that I am disappointed with my initial experience would be an understatement.
I could have spent $3 more with Amazon and had my order here 4 days ago - it hasn't even shipped from Jet and the vendor they are sourcing from is disreputable.

"Jet is new...and it's only fair to allow them time to fine-tune their business. As of now, their delivery dates are not accurate since it seems to take 1-4 days to prepare product before shipping out. Some products ship separately via non-Jet facility so product I ordered took (5) days longer to deliver. There is no "expedited" delivery (this is where Amazon excels with Prime service/transit time options). For food items, many only available in bulk/multi-packs = more money (their intro video says you don't have to buy in bulk to save). Pricing/values generally good but it depends on item. If you need product in quick and predictable time, Jet probably not best choice yet."

"I have been looking for a new camera and Jet.com seemed to have it for over $350 less than Amazon.com so I was super excited and placed an order early on Friday with 2-5 day delivery. A day or so later the order was updated to indicate that Fumfie.com would be shipping my camera to me to arrive within 2-5 days.
When I looked up Fumfie (as I had not been aware of them before) I started to be concerned given the number of critical reviews of them. Ok, just wait and see what happens- Jet.com may have it all worked out.
On July 29th - 6 days after ordering - Jet.com said my order shipped. Nope! Fumfie just created a mailing label. The shipper did not receive the package until July 31st - 8 days after I ordered the item.
It is still in transit and schedule to be delivered 12 days after I ordered! So much for 2-5 day delivery.
Now, the real kicker. When I was notified that Fumfie would be shipping the camera I looked at their web site and the exact same camera, with free shipping, was over $100 LESS than I paid Jet.com. When I sent them an email they responded (in less than 1 hour!!) telling me that the 2-5 days was not a commitment but just a best effort and that there was nothing they could do about it costing $100 less from the fulfillment vendor.

I received the camera is a well packed box and without any issues. However, once opening the camera it was clear that something was wrong. First, the lens was packed in a plain white box. The body was in a Nikon box but without any of the normal markings I was expecting for a USA camera.
Once I opened the body there was no warranty card of any kind and it was missing the USA plug adapter. It did, however appear to be new. There was no warranty card for the lens either. After a couple of weeks of Jet.com 'investigating' the issue they sent me return label offering a full refund within 30 days and 'especially if the product is gray market...'.
So, in the end I believe I got a gray market camera which Jet will accept as a return. A very poor experience to say the least and I don't see myself using Jet again anytime soon. They do get 2 stars OK customer service and I don't believe they knew the vendor was going to ship a gray market camera."
"Was super excited to try out jet.com and placed my first order. It was around $120 and contained 17 basic household and pet items. This order was placed on 7/25/15. As of today, 8/1/15 I am still missing 2 items. 2 others were canceled, they sent me an email several days after I placed the order stating so. So I picked out a different brand of the same items and ordered them the day after I got the cancelation email. Then, 2 days later, they sent another email saying they items really WERE NOT cancelled and they we're shipped. They were delivered the next day. So they charged me for them and of course the replacement I had already ordered. They did give me a $2 credit on my account for the inconvenience yesterday..... Of the 15 items I have now received out of 17, only 3 were fulfilled by jet.com. 2 items were fulfilled by some company that did not even put them in boxes- just slapped labels on the factory box. Thank god it didn't rain the day they were delivered or they would have both been ruined- these were 2 boxes of cat litter!
I have to day, I am really perturbed that each individual item was charged to my debit card separately- this might not be a big deal to some people, but seriously... I placed ONE order. Why did I receive over a dozen separate charges on my card??!! Annoying!
My other issue is that the discounts that are stated on jet when adding items to your cart do not seem to be reflected in the final price of the item. Let's say I added 2 of an item that was $10 each and was supposed to have a discount of $8. You would assume that the "final price" would state $6 each, but no- it stated stuff like $8.45 each... How? Why?
Also I really am not a fan of their cart. You see the discount prior to adding an item, but not once it's in your cart. You can find the total discount but not what each individual item costs until after you purchase them!!
Will I use jet.com again? Maybe. But I am a loyal amazon prime customer and I place many orders on amazon a month... Several hundred a year... I don't think jet.com is a replacement for amazon. No way. "

Ordered G.SKill Ripjaws Memory, received confirmation that would be fulfilled by Newegg and arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Three days later I receive email "..cannot be fulfilled and will be canceled due to unexpected unavailability.." yet product is in fact still in stock at Newegg!
