"A Google search for 3D glasses brought up an ad by Jet.com that I could save 10% on my first purchase. The ad had a photo of the glasses and the model number. I clicked the ad and ordered 4 glasses and they arrived in about a week. BUT, when I opened the package I had 4 3D emitters, not glasses. When I go to my order history it clearly has a picture of the glasses, the model number and that I ordered 4. Not until I dug around the website did I see that JET.com listed the item as 3D glasses which included the description, a photo of the glasses BUT on the very last line of the product page is a model number of the emitter (even through the model number of the glasses is the title of the item). Pretty shady. I'm not sure how they think they are going to survive by tricking people or not having accurate products. Try it yourself. Go to the site and search "ZF2300" which is the model # of 3D glasses. Then try it on Amazon and notice the difference. I wont be back to Jet.com"

"I have ordered 2 things from Jet.com and both took longer than the 5-7 business days for delivery to even ship. I contacted them and I was told that they would get to the bottom of it. Instead they sent me the tracking number which i already had, and an apology card. The card looked like a 3rd grader wrote it and had a drawing that matched. It came before my package; how sad is that.
As of this review it is 7 days and I still have not revived my package. The tracking still shows Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPOS"

"Xbox one advertised for $299. plus a 15% discount for first orders. I put it in my cart and then it said to register. After I registered, the price changed to $369.00 and no 15% discount was applied. I called and the representative said that after you register the real price shows and that xbox is not eligible for the discount. I told her then the reviews are true and she did not say anything. I will never buy anything from that company!"
"Don't waste your time. I ordered a Homedics massage cushion for my boyfriend for Christmas. He knows what he's getting now, because they shipped it in the Homedics box with a label stuck on the front, and it wasn't even taped shut. I contacted customer service and basically all they said was "Sorry. Thanks for letting us know." That doesn't really solve anything. Their customer service isn't even close to Amazon. They don't allow posts to their page from customers on Facebook, probably so people don't share horrible experiences like this. "

"I wanted to believe in the hype they had in commercials, and although it seems legit, it isn't really. The item I ordered had an inaccurate photo and description, so when it arrived, it was the wrong color. I requested a return by e-mail because the package was too big for me to take to a FedEx and I wanted FedEx to pick it up. The Jet representative who responded to my inquiry told me to print out a label, and when I responded by saying I needed a pickup, she didn't reply. I printed out the label and contacted Jet again, saying I needed a pickup. The representative who replied this time said that according to my order, I should be able to take it to a FedEx myself using the label I printed. THE PACKAGE IS 10 POUNDS, 4 FEET TALL, AND I DON'T HAVE A CAR.
On top of that, the coupon I had used was a huge waste, since I had to return the order. Most of their coupons are ONLY for first-time customers, so now that that's over, I have no reason to use Jet anymore."
"I ordered a hard drive and waffle mix. Jet.com handled one excellently but the other terribly.
The prices were excellent, though it took me a while to dig rhough my accumulated jet.com emails to find a discount code that actually worked.
The hard drive, a Western Digital enterprise "Re" drive was an excellent bargain, much cheaper than anywhere else. Fulfillment was by Newegg, who shipped it fast by UPS.
The problem was the Kodiak waffle mix. It's the California rainy season, with rain forecast, but jet.com's delivery service (OnTrac) left it AT THE SIDEWALK where it CAN'T BE SEEN from the house because of trees! I've lived here nine years and get lots of deliveries. No delivery service has ever left a package there before. They always bring them to the front door. where it's protected from rain and can't be seen from the street.
The package sat out there for two days. Fortunately I happened to find it this morning by accident just before rain started falling.
In the future I'll only order from jet.com if the price is so compellingly cheap that it's worth the potential hassle (and I won't order if rain is forecast for that week!)."
"I was very hesitant to order from Jet.com based on the overwhelmingly negative reviews they have here and elsewhere. However, I needed a specific item, and with a coupon I had, Jet.com was selling the item for 35% less than anywhere else -- a price difference that made me willing to take the risk. The item shipped the same day. Based on previous reviews, I was worried that I would receive the wrong item -- maybe an outdated version. However, the item arrived on the second business day after I ordered, and it was perfect! I was ecstatic!
I will add the caveat that I emailed their customer service two days prior to ordering (I wanted to clarify that the item was available), and as of about a week later, they still haven't responded. So while my shopping experience was wonderful and saved me a ton of cash, I'd be concerned about their customer service's availability in the case of any problems with an order.
Nevertheless, given the super fast shipping and the excellent price, I'll be returning to Jet.com!"

I was weary about using them since I had never heard of them, I sure am glad I didn't see these reviews back then.
