"As others have reported, I attempted to use one of their good discount coupons, and found that they said it expired 5 days before the date printed on it!. It was apparently a "limited use" offer (according to their response to me when I complained) and nowhere does it say that on the coupon. Classic fraud. You should have nothing to do with these people."
"Watch closely - Jet does the old school 'bait and switch.' I got a $25 coupon in the paper - yet it doesn't mention that it is good for only a certain number of people - it just says 'limited time'. It should say 'good for the first 1,000 people'. Jet - this is bad, bad, bad."
"Jet.com is nothing like Amazon. Not even close! For starters their customer service is..."lacking" to say the least. Secondly the quality of their products (rather the majority thereof) is complete crap. Mostly cheap Chinese knockoffs. Not to say that Amazon only sells quality items, but at least they are quick to resolve any issues you may have. Regardless, I've made 2 purchases with jet.com, within a 2 week period and for the exact same items. Neither experience was satisfactory. Oddly enough, the 2nd purchase was greater than 25% MORE expensive!
The "free shipping" service is terrible. Glad I'm not interested in this company. Don't see them making it 12 months."

Several call to jet.com and call to my credit company and prepare a letter to file a complaint. After all these, I can get refund. I spent one month for nothing.

Got a great price and coupon worked just fine. Fast shipping via FedEx that arrive in the morning on Friday. I have never had a package show up early via FedEx, ever, so was a nice surprise. "First of all, I'm an overseas shopper who wish to purchase through Jet'com for my sister whose reside in US.
Before i made my purchase, i already found out and got confirmation from Customer Service that they do not accept oversea Credit Card payment nor Paypal nor offering any other payment method for oversea customer. Find, so I actually got permission from my US friend to ask her pay on behalf with her credit card.
Everything runs smooth and i finally got my order confirmation.
After waited for 6 days without any shipment update, i tried to log on to my account to check my order status and found out this error " This combination of email and password does not match an account on record. Please try again."
So, i tried they forgot password function FEW times and after I'm 100% sure that I did everything correct, so I contact CS explaining my problem.
Guess what, the CS informed me that this is due to my account has been DEACTIVATED and order has been CANCELED. I wonder how they did all these without informing customer. CS request my contact information for their order verification team
Although all my contact details, payment details and recipient details have been entered earlier, fine, I don't mind providing another time.
After a day my email started to receive tons of their newsletter and yes, as a normal person I thought they finally reactivate my account. But your are wrong. until to date my account is still deactivated and most importantly, no update from CS.

"I placed an order but received a completely different order (someone else's I assume). I called customer service and was sent a FedEx label with instructions to return the wrong items to the FedEx center and I'd be reimbursed within 10 days of them receiving them. Since the FedEx office is an hour round trip from me, I asked if they could have someone pick it up, they said no but I could try to stop a FedEx truck if I saw one drive by. WTF? I asked if I could use another service, such as UPS. Nope, couldn't do that either. Then I notice that the label they sent says "Bill Sender". Just take it there and drop it off and don't pay they say. What a hassle to correct someone else's error. So tomorrow, I'm taking off work early, driving an hour to return apple chips and toilet paper that I didn't order, and instead of sending me my correct order, I have to order it again. No way can they compete with Amazon if this is the way they treat their customers."
"As with most of these I have no confidence in Jet.com. They advertise great prices, are friendly and quick to reply to emails but just don't deliver. I placed an order over the weekend and received a status of shipped on Monday morning stating 2-5 days for delivery. 10 days later and no change. Many emails to them and very quick response and very polite in each response. The problem is no response was helpful at all. Finally after threatening to do a chargeback on my credit card they sent an email stating my refund was on the way. It's not here yet so I'll give a few days before going through with the chargeback myself. I'd never buy from them again and not only will I not recommend them to others I'll recommend for others to buy elsewhere. "
"My item was packaged in a plastic shipping envelope instead of a box, so the gift box (wind chimes) was damaged. Upon calling the company, they told me that they have no policy in place for exchanges , so they can't exchange for an undamaged item. Extremely poor service. Also, a return would be at my expense. "If there was a choice for zero stars, we would have done that! We are Amazon Prime Members and thought we would give Jet a try. Yes, Jet is a little cheaper on some things (along with slow shipping), but we are sorry we ever did! We bought a cordless pole saw and had to return it because it was the wrong brand. It was delivered to the place where it came from on October 27,2015. It is now November 6 and still NO refund! With Amazon, when you do a return, you get your refund when FedEx, UPS or USPS picks it up and scans it. Their customer service was of absolutely no use! We will NEVER EVER order from Jet again!
