"I ordered a funeral spray on Feb 11, from justflowers.com, for the funeral of my son's father. The order was to be delivered on Feb 14, to the mortuary so the spray would be there for the viewing. By 7 p.m. on Feb 14, I had to run to a local florist and order a funeral spray from them which, thank God, that florist delivered at 9:00 a.m on Feb 15, in time to receive it 2 hours before the 11:00 a.m. funeral service. My 25+ calls on Feb 14 to justflowers.com NEVER allowed me to reach a live person, and messages (phone and email) were never responded to. Not only was their funeral spray NOT delivered until the following day (the day of the funeral -- Feb 15), they had the nerve to deliver it to the church when the funeral was almost over. Everyone, myself included, was HORRIFIED when the florist interrupted the funeral service, interrupted the Pastor's eulogy, to deliver the funeral spray. I have NEVER seen anything like this in my life -- and I am 61 years old. This shows their utter lack of respect for the deceased, and for the bereaved family. I have requested a full refund, and if they do not refund my $282 for this order, I will go through my credit card company and have them handle. DO NOT USE JUST FLOWERS.COM."
"Just flowers.com is a scam! I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, and the flowers never came. I could not get through on any of several phone calls, and I received an automated message late last night, telling me they would be delivered the next day!??? They still haven't shown up!!!"
"This is a scam, I paid $149. for a bouquet of 18 red roses and $10 for the expedited service to have flowers delivered on Valentine's day. They promise same day delivery, but once the order was placed you no longer can reach a person and there is no response from customer service whether you email them or leave a voice message (if able given the bad phone tape.) Exactly 12 hours later I received an automated message that the flowers could not be delivered and would be delivered the next day. I tried calling the same number back and got a message that the number was not in service. I received the same message the next day. I filed a complaint with the California Better Business Bureau which shows over 800 other complaints of a similar nature and a complaint with the California Attorney Generals office"
"This is the worse place ever!!! I ordered early yesterday morning and they stated it would be delivered in 4 hours. Now its been 28 hours later, still nothing. My GF and I have been calling many times and finally someone is stating they are going to cancel the order and give refund. Messed up the whole day. Lucky I was quick on me feets and went to get some other flowers before she got home. My lady still crazy but at least she was not as crazy when she seen the flowers. Baaaaaa"
"I had the exact same experience dealing with this place. Ruined Valentines day, it was gonna be a surprise the flowers, teddy bear & box of chocolates was supposed to be delivered to her at work. So yeah "just flowers" ruined what would've been a great surprise & would've made her day but instead she got nothing for Valentines day. Some thanks alot just flowers for not doing what you're suppose to do & kind of coming off as liars & a rip offs. I also paid for the express service to guarantee it would delivered. I will never deal with.this place again. Yesterday on Valentines day I was trying to call all day for an update to make sure the the gifts were gonna make it to her. We paid a week in advance to have the flowers delivered to a memorial service (only one chance to get this right people) and the night before -- after all other options are no longer possible -- they called and said that they had "exhausted all of their resources" and couldn't deliver to the service.
They "guarantee" satisfaction, but the only guarantee that they have for not doing what they guaranteed they would is to refund your money when it is too late to do anything else."

"There is something *really* fishy about this company. I started to place an order for flowers last night, and then decided at the last minute to check prices elsewhere. I saw that their prices were higher, and also found all the bad reviews. So, I chose to order my flowers (funeral) from another merchant. Well, I received a phone call from them at 8:00 AM this morning: "we noticed that you attempted to place an order with us..." and as I was busy I interrupted and said I decided to buy them somewhere else. In 15 years of internet shopping, this has NEVER happened before when I did not complete an order somewhere. I will be watching my bank statement like a hawk for charges...I am VERY suspicious of them due to the phone call and the reviews! BEWARE!"
"Buyer beware!!!! This company is disreputable. DO NOT pay the premium price for an arrangement as they will NOT upgrade from the standard one. Spent $120 to receive a crappy arrangement. They offered $7.50 off my next order by way of compensation. What a joke! I will NEVER again use this company. I highly recommend you deal directly with the local florist..... FOLLOW-UP....
