"I ordered flower to be deliovered to a hospital in nonme alaska then just flowers call me 1 1/2 hours before they are suppose to be delivered tellin me they dont deliver there they only ship. it takes days really what kind of company lets you go through the whole thing 1 hour of my time to order then they dont even deliver there at the only hospital. There is a florist in nome alaska why cant they just call them. No but now a mother wont get flowers for her over 60 bday thanks" just flowers" you could of got hold of me sooner i ordered them the day before noon. What kind of flower place r you. i have ordered before that and they werent the best but i live in ak and i depend on the companies website and now you have lost a customer and i will tweet and facebook you. It just suck and then i put the order in for my fiance and they wont let me cancel it now. Im the one who odered it on the internet.
so that 100 dollars is on hold till we email them to give permission to cancel eventhrough they are not goin to be delevered today. what kind of crap is that but still they just talked to me on the phone and i told them that i ordered them i had all the information. thats what i get for gettin on the internet instead of calllin the floral shop in Nome ak. still no flowers and there policy suck on refund

"What a scam. I called from Canada and they refused to tell me where they were located and then charged me in US funds. They told me delivery would be 9.99 and it ended up being 17.98 for delivery. I would NEVER use these people again. I hate to think of what the flowers looked like! Apparently they charge a hidden fee of 6.99 just for talking to them on the phone. Ridiculous!!"

"Absolutey the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered for a very special event. The arrangement looked like something picked up last minute from a grocery store and jammed in an ugly thrift store vase. I contacted customer service and spoke to three different people who did not listen to my situation or offer a reasonable solution to the problem. I even offered a solution but they wouldn't budge. I received only $30 off (after an hour long dispute on the phone) on a $100 botched order which created a disappointing and embarassing situation for me surrounding this event. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Ever. Wish I had looked at reviews I found online re this website prior to ordering. So much negative feedback from other disappointed customers!"

"i ordered flowers to be delivered to my grandma yesterday. i thought this was the flower shop near the store she owns. The lady LIED and said it was.. im from the south and shes in the north. They said it would be delived yesterday, the day i ordered. she gave me one total, and raised it to almost $30 more and didnt give me a reason. i was furious because she already charged it to my account. i talked to the manager and she refunded NOT EVEN A FOURTH OF MY MONEY! called back when i realized it. the guy said the managers left and all. BLAH BLAH BLAH!! he said someone would call me by 9 this morning. no one called. i called back, and i was being polite.. this one rude guy was throwing attitudes with me. telling me he wasnt going to refund my money. & all this. I finally got him to, and to cancel the order. THIS ISNT THE RIGHT STORE. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS SHOP. STAY AWAY!!! THEY ARE RIP OFFS, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, AND LIARS... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM."

"I ordered a plant basket for a funeral on 11/2/2012. It is now 11/4/2012 and still no flowers!!! I have requested over 15 times since Saturday to get a refund to no such avail now I gotta call my bank to see what I can do through them! Awful experience please do not use this company I give a zero star!! I have contacted the BBB, sent emails to local news reporters and an email to the local newspaper as well. Have joined a group on Facebook about how terrible this company is. I have every conversation and correspondence with Just Flowers also! Something needs to be done about this company! I was so heartbroken over the death that I didn't read the reviews! Sad sad sad"

"On Friday, I ordered flowers for my niece in another state through justflowers.com. The next day (Saturday), they called my phone saying they wanted me to pay $15 more than I had already paid because they couldn't find any flower shop in the area to honor the price they advertised.

If they cannot honor their advertised price, it's called a bad business decision on their part. After spending about 20-30 extra minutes of my life dealing with them on the phone, and offering to reduce the extra cost to $10, then $5, I told them to just cancel the order because I'm not spending $1 more than advertised. Especially after wasting my time with them on the phone.

Ultimately, I agreed to let them wait until two days later (Monday) when more stores would be open and they may be able to find a dealer who can deliver the flowers for the advertised price.

The flowers were delivered on Monday.

After that debacle, I'm willing to pay a little extra from any other business (like FTD) just so I don't have to deal with the hassle I experienced with justflowers.com.

"The total of my invoice was $55.00. I just checked my card and $65.72 was taken from my account after my being told the total would be as shown on the corrected invoice. The salesperson that assisted me did not tell me of other service fees. I asked to cancel the order. Then a supervisor came on the phone with me and gave me the discount, supposedly. I would like you to credit my account with the discount. I should have been insistent and cancelled the order entirely. I am very upset about the entire transaction. First I Was Not told about charges I would incur, THEN I was told I would get a discount and I DID NOT. I never heard of a company charging a person for calling in to place an order and pay for it. Florists are Not like our local utility companies that have us over a barrel. There is plenty of competition out there for florists. I will never use this company again and would not recommend it to anyone. Would give zero star rating it it was possible."

"My mother ordered flowers to be delivered to me from JustFlowers.com.

1. I received the delivery FOUR DAYS LATER than when Just Flowers said they would be delivered.

2. Just Flowers choose to order the arrangement through Creations From the Heart, which is located 40 miles away from where I live. I am mystified as to why this was necessary since there are hundreds of florists much closer to my address (in Houston).

3. When the flowers were delivered, the delivery person put a sticker on my mailbox saying since we were not home the flowers were left by the front door. That sticker was extremely hard to peel off the mailbox, causing me a lot of extra work.

4. The floral arrangement came in a very cheap-looking wicker basket. The basket wobbled and did not set flat on my counter. The arrangement looked tacky and ugly. It is the worst floral arrangement I have ever seen.

5. I am now worried flowers I have ordered from JustFlowers.com are just as cheap and ugly as this arrangement.

6. I called Just Flowers the following day to discuss the late delivery, ugly and cheap arrangement, and the sticker left on my mailbox. The lady I spoke to was full of excuses, put me on hold, and did not come back on the line. When I called back (twice), no one answered. Obviously, there is no such thing as Customer Service to Just Flowers.

7. I followed up with an E-mail to Just Flowers and have not received a reply.

8. JustFlowers.com sent me a survey asking for feedback about an order I had placed earlier. I completed the survey and hit the "submit" button and NOTHING HAPPENED. I was unable to submit the survey. I sent a reply to the E-mail address that had sent me the survey, which was returned as "undeliverable".

9. In summary, JustFlowers.com sent me an ugly and cheap-looking floral arrangement, four days later than requested. This company cannot be contacted for any reason other than placing an order, and has no viable Customer Service.

"I will NEVER recommend Just Flowers! I ordered my flowers for my sister's 50th wedding anniversary with the assurance that the delivery would be made the day before the special event. I even received confirmation from them of the date of arrival. The next day (Anniversary Day) we received a voice mail that the delivery was detained but WOULD arrive that day. I called back just to confirm that message. Two days later we received an email that the delivery wasn't made. I returned the next voicemail only to find that the "system" was down!!! Oh, the operator offered me a $5.oo discount on my NEXT order!! I finally cancelled the order and called to explain to my sister that I really had thought of her on her special day (minus the bouquet of flowers). What I thought was going so well at the beginning turned out to be a disaster."

"This is not another story of pity and victimization.

THIS IS A STORY OF REVENGE.

I too was ripped off by this poor excuse of a company. However, I have the solution to your problems if you live in Los Angeles. Here is how my story went....

1. Valentines day, needed last minute flowers.

2. Internet. Justflowers.com spent $175 told same day delivery.

3. my girlfriend didnt get a damn thing on Valentines day.

4. I get an email at 10pm saying they can't be delivered today.

5. I send 20 emails flipping out and get no response.

6. I call and can't get through because they don't want you to.

7. 2 days later, I find all known addresses and begin my journey

8. After going to 2 addresses that don't work I find this one...

Ok people, here is the scoop. You will not be able to find it without this information. There is a parking-lot with what seems like offices above street retail. GO to the second floor to what looks like a crappy apartment of a 17 year old transient squatter. Go up the narrow wooden staircase.

Back to the story....

So I basically kick down the door like the police. They look at me like deer in headlights. 6 or so degenerate losers sitting eating takeout with their lame little hipster bikes and their headsets on. I couldn't tell if they were actually working or wondering where their lives went so wrong. There is one woman who looks a bit like the bad old lady in Goonies and a couple other loser cronies that anybody with 2 arms and some coordination could beat the piss out of.

Anyway, so all eyes on me...it was as if to say....WOW! Somebody finally had the balls to just show up! We've been ripping people off for years!

Yea well....not today. I'd rather be kicked in the face by mule then let these future-less squirrels take me for $175 dollars and some pride.

In the name of my girlfriend.

In the name of valentines day.

In the name of love.

I kick down the door, spin kick the manager knocking him to the floor. Bludgeon the troll looking woman. And slap the headset off the boy.

Now back to the real story....

I demand to speak to the manager. He comes out. It's just him and I standing in a narrow space. The reviews of military families sending loved ones flowers and people sending their dying grandparents flowers on their death beds and receiving NOTHING keeps running through my head. I thought about PUNCHING HIS HEAD OFF HIS SHOULDERS ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE. But then I realize I am an adult. He is trembling like a school girl on her first day at elementary school.

He apologizes 25 times. I ask him why he sells his soul to the devil...he is lost for words. His headseat nearly falling off his little dirty oily head of hair. The mood gets sad on his end. He is shaking and hands back a full refund.

Moral of the story: Go to that address. Don't let this company continue to step on the people.

"Ordered flower basket on Sat. Aug.18 for ill daughter. Received runaround for 3 days, only to have a substitute sent to daughter that looked nothing like the basket I ordered. No email confirmation as promised. If I hadn't called her to find out again if she had gotten them, I would have never known. These ppl are the worst in business. Will never use them again!!

"I purchased a flower basket for my ill daughter on Aug. 18, 2012 with the promise of same-day delivery. It has still not been delivered as of Aug. 19, 4:36 PM. When I went on line chat to complain was kept on hold for 14 minutes with an explanation they were trying to get them out today and if they can't they will notify me. They are two days late now.
They are very clueless, and don't seem to really know what they are doing. Bad reviews which I wish i had inquired previous to purchasing. Don't buy from this company, or you will be very disappointed. BEWARE- Stay Away!!!!!!!

"Horrible experience...do not order from them.I ordered a wedding bouquet and what I got was flowers in a vase.That was happening 2 hours before going to City Hall.When the florist told me that she is not going to "transform" the flowers in a wedding bouquet I called them. They told me I should not complain because this is what I ordered.Now you have to understand, I ordered by phone and I'm 100% sure I told her twice I need a bouquet for my wedding not a vase with flowers for my kitchen table.She also asked me what's the flowers for. They didn't offer any discount even though it was their fault and they put me on hold so many times just to decide if they want to pay the florist extra 20 $ to re-do my bouquet. Bottom of line, I paid 80$ for a bouquet which I could have done it myself with flowers from Dominick's with no stress.
P.S It was a pick-up order so I don't understand why I was charged for shipping and handling.I have to call them again.
