"Horrible experience! I googled florists and the name of the town my sister lives in, and got this. I phoned the number and a person slowly and painfully took my order, never deviating from the script. I explained that delivery needed to be same day, because my sister who has battled ovarian cancer for 7 years was likely going to have surgery later in the week.. About 30 seconds later, she asked me if it was a birthday gift!!!
It gets worse. She never got any flowers. I phoned twice. Once I was told they were delivered at 749 AM on Sunday?, and then that they were indeed delivered on the 19th. The second woman I spoke to became rude when I said I would just cancel my credit card order, since my sister is going to the hospital tonight and can't enjoy the flowers now. Still waiting to resolve this, but stay away from this place!!!

"I hate this company. I ordered my flowers on the 17th and paid for express delivery. I got a receipt delivered via email. I asked to have a picture of the flowers I ordered. None sent. Then the next day I woke up to an email saying that they were unable to deliver the flowers the day before to they were attempting to do it that day. I then received an email the following day saying that they were unable to deliver the flowers on the 18 as well so they would deliver them that day the 19th. I immediately called customer service to get a refund on my express delivery and to complain. I told them that if they don't have them delivered by the end of the day on the 19 I expect a full refund. I felt bad but I was screaming at the customer service representative. I order these flowers for my friend whose mother passed away."

"Ordered an $80 bouquet to be delivered the following Saturday- it never came but it had already deducted from my checking :( So I waited for the Next Saturday, thinking I got the dates wrong. And since I never got a confirmation e-mail I couldn't check. After that passed I emailed customer service; never got a response so I called customer service. she kept asking for my order # (which I didn't have since I never got the e-mail) and then told me she sent it to billing and they would call me. I asked her when and she repeated the whole danged speech again.

'Billing' called me at 8 am! I work nights so of course I was asleep and the girl (who sounded like the first one ) said my order was on hold because my phone number was wrong?! She sent me to the manager and the manager was so quiet I could barely hear her. When she was finished talking I asked her if she could speak up and if she could confirm my e-mail since I never got anything from them ever. She started yelling! Maybe because english was obviously her second language the yelling was bungling her words. I did manage to make out my email (which she yelled at me 3 different ways) but she said she'd already sent me an e-mail for my refund and I know that's not true because I get it on my phone and it makes a noise. Guess I'll call back later today when I wake up again.

I work customer service myself so I understand how you can have a bad day and everyone's a dick sometimes but that was no reason to yell at someone else. I was very patient and will never use this company again. I do feel like it's a scam however and hope it doesn't take another week and a half to get my monies back.

"I intended to send flowers to my friend's mother's funeral, and on the obituary site there was a link and had a picture of this beautiful white bouquet for $74. I clicked on the link and proceeded to order the flowers to be delivered a couple days later to the funeral home. I was at the funeral home for the whole time and the flowers never appeared, so I asked my friend if any other flowers had come and perhaps been in another room and she said no. I apologized and told her it was a beautiful bouquet but I was angry that they didn't arrive. I believe that had I not gone to the funeral home that I still would've been charged $90.47. They did not send an email or try to call telling me they were not delivered. As soon as I got home I went to fill out the inquiry form, but it only lets you choose certain options, and I did not want the flowers delivered since it was over. So I emailed customer service and said I was upset the flowers were not delivered and gave all my info. A day later I received a reply, not saying "Sorry for any inconvenience..." but just that I'd be credited for the full amount and it will take up to 4 days blah blah blah. OK, they can take your money in one minute, so why can't they credit my account in the same amount of time?! I will be waiting to see if they actually give me the full credit or try to scam me."

"Beware of this vendor! I ordered flowers for a funeral. Picked the one that was recommended on the site at that time. I was actually led to their site by the newspaper and funeral home who supplied the link. I checked my credit card a few days later and the 74.99 arrangement was billed at 97.46! I called, got a young lady who resides in India, asked what the additional charges were and she explained the delivery charge, which I knew there would be one, but the 4.99 charge for a designer I had never heard about, and $6.99 because they called me!!.They called me the next day to "discuss options" but when I called them back I was on hold over 20 minutes and gave up. Don't use these people.

"Using Just Flowers was a horrible experience. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. Ordered at 7:30 am and after 8 hours no delivery and no phone call indicating that they cannot deliver. I called and all they said was " I'll give you back $5.00", And deliver the flowers within 2 days. Only after asking for a supervisor did they say they would gie me a full refund. The rep said there was no supervisor, then the supervisor wasnt available. I waited 10 more minutes for a supervisor, then when supervisor got on phone, he offered $10 and a personal call to my mom. I informed him that I didn't pay for a phone call, I paid for flowers that she was now not going to get. He again asked if I wanted the flowers delivered in 2 days, I informed him that I would never do business with based on their service."

"I ordered flowers to be delivered on December 23-- in time for a Christmas Eve gathering. They were not delivered then and on the night of the 24 th I got an email saying there was a delay in delivery and they would be delivered on the 26 th. then on the night of the 26th I got another email saying they would be delivered on the 27th. I should have cancelled the order, but I'd wanted to send a hostess gift and at that point didn't know what else to send. Tonight--the 28th I got an email saying the flowers had been delivered. I have no,idea what they look like, but after reading the reviews (something I should have done earlier) I'm imagining the worst."

"I ordered three flower arrangements from Just Flowers for a funeral, I was promised the arrangements would be prepared and delivered by 9:30 am on 12/4/12 by a "premiere florist." I called the mortuary at 10:45 to find the flowers had not been delivered, I called JustFlowers and was told they checked with the florist and the flowers were delivered prior to 9:30. I called the mortuary again and two of the arrangements were delivered while I was on the phone - after the private service which started at 10:00 and the general service which started at 11:00. I was able to obtain the name and number of the "premiere florist" from the mortuary - it was a grocery store. I called the grocery store to learn they had only delivered two of the arrangements and would try to take the third arrangment to the mortuary before the service ended. The service is over, the third arrangement has not been received, JustFlowers is offering a $10.00 discount on all three orders! I am waiting for a supervisor.

I finally received a call from the "supervisor" who again offered a $10 discount for all three arrangements. I told the "supervisor" who also called himself a "co-manager" that I read the reviews for his company AFTER placing the order and would have never ordered from this company if I had read the reviews before ordering. He told me that "some of the reviews have been fixed" - I have no idea what this means and he wasn't able to explain.

I explained this is not satisfactory, he said he would check with another supervisor and return my call. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN.

Just Flowers, Inc. is a California corporation which apparently takes orders and passes the orders on to "premiere florists."

I give them 0 stars, they have caused my family much grief at a time they were already suffering.
