"My Aunt passed away on Tuesday. Sadly I was unable to attend the out of State Funeral. I placed my order on Wednesday for a large order of live Orchid plants to be delivered on Thursday before the Viewing and Funeral (on Friday.) I was called Thurday afternoon and notified that Just Flowers would be unable to complete my order for the Orchids. I was disappointed but came to an agreement on a another grouping of live plants. They called the local florist they were using and assured me the arrangement would arrive before 10 am Friday for the Viewing and the 12 noon Funeral. I received a call from them at 3 pm on Friday AFTER THE FUNERAL that the local florist had failed to deliver my flowers to the Funeral Home. I asked why I had not been notified earlier that am so I could arrange for another company to complete my order. I asked for the name and number of the local florist so I could call them. They would not release the information. The only compensation they could offer me was $15 off my very expensive flowers and wanted to deliver them to my family's home. To say I was angry was an understatement. I feel this was totally unacceptable and a poor way to run a business. I will never use them again and will discourage others I know as well if the subject comes up. I canceled my order. They have assured me they will credit my card with the purchase price. Needless to say I have followed up with another vendor. "

"Awful, awful, awful. I chose the Ice Princess which consisted of white roses, blue delphenium, blue iris and some kind of white fill flowers.
This was an arrangement I ordered for my Dad's funeral from the grand children. I was horrified to see what was delivered. It was a vase full of white lilies, very little blue delphenium, and a bunch of white fill in flowers. I called exactly 10 days after the delivery and they wanted to know why I didn't call earlier. Well when you are in a period of grief the last thing on my mind was to call the florist. I spoke to a supervisor and all they offered me was a $5 credit. What a joke. He begins explaining to me about how much the flowers cost, and the delivery charge and the gas charge, yada yada. I paid $85 for this horrendous excuse for a floral display. I was getting nowhere with the manager so I finally hung up. I wish I would have researched this company more but I didn't. My mistake. Please if sending your loved ones flowers and expect them to be beautiful DO NOT ORDER THEM FROM HERE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY!!!!!!!"
"I asked for the roses to be delivered by 11am and they were not delivered until 11:15am. Luckily she was still at work to receive the flowers. I apologize for being so upset with Amanda at the shop when i called to complain at 11am because they had not arrived yet. The good news is that she did receive them and when she brought them home they were better than I had expected. It is hard to see the images on the website and you never really know what you will receive. Anyway thank you and I have already recommended you to someone in my office. Sean J"
"I Ordered flowers and chocolates from Just Flowers on july 2 and They did not deliver the chocolates and my loved one was very upset as well as I. Also they did not write the card correctly as I had requested. I have complained to them on July 2, they said they would investigate and call me back on July 2. I have still not heard from them and they still have my money for the chocolates."
"I ordered flowers for a 50th Anniversary party, and what I selected was a basket full of flowers and NO greenery. What they delivered was greenery with 6 or 7 blossoms. When I complained and even provided a photo, I was told the florist delivered the correct valued arrangement. I am very disappointed and will not use any online florist service again. I feel ripped off...but shame on me for trusting them."

"Don't order from these people unless you want your flowers to arrive late with no reason or apology! I ordered a wreath for the Force Recon Marines on Memorial Day. They were late, and Justflowers lied to me about the whole order, and wanted to blame it on the driver! I spent over 200 dollars and they offered me 7 dollars back. I told them to keep the money and buy them something nice with it. It was very depressing. I will never use them again, as they were also rude to me on the phone!

"They have over charged me, claiming I filed two orders (but only sending me a receipt for one order) - and called this morning asking me to remove the PayPal Unauthorized Claim complaint.
I have not received a refund, and I now have $127 pending on flowers that most likely have not been delivered to a funeral which was today."
"Fraudulent company. Do not order. No flowers were delivered. You cannot get a refund, actually they will charge you $15 additional for non delivery. They will tell you they attempted delivery and called. You cannot understand them with their thick accents. Called 8 times with no resolution. They need investigated and shut down!"
"I had a horrific experience with Just Flowers. I ordered my mom flowers for mothers day, when they arrived they looked nothing like what I had ordered. I had ordered red and tangerine roses, she received white daisies and pink carnations. I called to complain and over the course of the next few days spent hours on hold and spoke to countless people who could not have been less helpful. No one seemed to agree that a handful of daisies is not the same as a bouquet of roses. After all the phone calls I was credited $15. I had asked for a full refund. It was the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I would NEVER order from Just Flowers again, they do not stand behind their product and their customer service is horrible."
"what I ordered and what I received were worlds apart. I ordered the Abundant Beauty Basket and my mom received 10 pink carnations with some greenery. Thats it. The fax to the florist that they used did not have the words Abundant Beauty Basket anywhere on the page. They took it upon themselves to describe the basket as they saw it. The florist had no clue what this was suppose to look like.No picture to go buy no shape given, no NOTHING. They offer a satisfaction guarantee and after many many phone calls they will not remake the basket. They will not honor their own policy.I finally got one of the managers to redo the arrangement as long as my mom gave back the original one so I called her an d told her to give back the flowers when the new ones are delivered. She waited, and waited and no one came. Then I get an email saying they're going to give me a whole $10 credit for my inconvenience. But no new flowers.Now I have to tell my mom that what she has is her Mothers Day gift and thats it. I will never use this place again!!! EVER!!! You don't know how disappointed and angry I was. "
" I can only echo all the other reviews I am now reading, unfortunately, after the fact. Don't give Justflowers a penny ! The order was partially delivered, and with extra fees on top ! One very nice bouquet did arrive one day late, the day after Mothers Day, but without the chocolates and with extra fees that were not indicated on the Checkout page or anywhere else. On my third call attempt I finally spoke with a very apologetic operator who tried to give me ten dollars off the next order, as if ? She didn't understand I didn't want apologies, just part of the bill back. I was actually transferred to a supervisor who gave me a measly $15 back when all I was asking for was the $17 overcharge for hidden fees, on a late delivery none the less. So, No, Don't order from Justflowers !"

Basically I could just say "Ditto" to all the reviews I just read & wish I would have read before I ordered from this place.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day but although I paid a premium to have them there by Mothers Day yhey didn't come. Nor did they arrive on Mon, Tues or Wed. On THURSDAY - 4 days late - they delivered the WRONG flowers and they changed the message on the card!
To make matters worse, when I called to complain (after being on hold for hours & being hung up on several times)
They actually went back to her house & PICKED UP THE FLOWERS! (seriously!) telling my mom that I refused to pay for them! (although my account had been charged 3 days prior).
After several phone calls from various rude people who tried to blame me for the situation & offered no apology, I told them to reimburse my payment be done with it. Now they are insisting on charging me a delivery FEE for flowers that no one received!!
They are insane & have by far the worst service & the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. I can't even argue with them any more because I am so infuriated. Maybe thats their long-term business plan."
