"Two funeral arrangements were ordered. The MOST important, the casket spray, was NOTHING like I ordered. It was cheap, tacky and embarrasing. I have contacted Just Flowers and asked for a refund and will update this review when I/if I get a response. I would not recommend flowers from this place."

"Just flowers.com has terrible service! Everyone needs to know that they are not a reputable company. First of all, I tried to send my son a basket for his 18th birthday. They sent him a pink basket with pink, white and orange balloons. After I informed them of what disqusting delivery they made, they wanted to give me $10 back stating I did not tell them what colors I wanted. Most reputable florist will ask what, how, when, and why. I could hardly even understand who I was talking to when I made the order and I even sent an email with further instructions. I was so disappointed after my son asked my why did I send him a pink basket."

"These people must not want to stay in business. Their customer representative first told me that the order couldn't be delivered yesterday as ordered and promised in their advertising, because no one was at home. Not true. My friend was sick and at home all day. They did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door and they did not use his number which they had to call to notify him of the delivery. They delivered late the following day. The arrangement was nothing like the arrangement I ordered. In fact it had none of the same flowers as what I ordered, which was lillies and irises. I got such a run-around from the customer "service" person that I just asked her to stop reading that she understood my concerns, blah, blah, blah... They finally offered me a $2.00 credit!!! I told them that that offer was insulting and that I would write this review and contact the BBB. They are the WORST. They don't even pretend to give a damn. Never use this company unless you want heartburn and a disappointing surprise instead of whatever you order!!!

Update: The flowers, which looked nothing whatsoever like what I ordered, were fresh, though smaller than described and totally different. I had upgraded so expected more. It as just a ripoff. My entire experience with this company reflected poor customer service on every level. The manager who was promised repeatedly never called me back.I will now file a complaint through my credit card company. If I said I would do so at the time the customer service person promised to send someone to retrieve the flowers and charge me for that. UGH!!!!! They could not have been less professional. They were angry with me for wanting the flowers delivered the only day I wanted flowers delivered, and the day they promised. Stay far away. Other well-known online florists are much better.

"I fell into the trap - don't let this happen to you! I ordered flowers for NEXT DAY delivery. Not only did they not get delivered, they didn't get delivered for a couple of weeks. I had to call to follow up.

First, they played dumb - saying that the flowers were delivered. Then the customer service person told me the florist had tried to deliver the flowers several times, called the two numbers I left, and left notes on the door. None of this was true - I checked with the homeowner and the secondary number. NO calls were made; NO notes were left.

I paid for NEXT DAY DELIVERY - this was not done - and nothing would have been done if I had not called and emailed to find out what had happened.

I will call the Better Business Bureau now that I see that I am not the only one.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any company; phone and cable companies included. I paid for the express delivery so that the flowers would get to my girlfriend's work before she left for the day. The salesperson promised a 1:00 p.m. delivery, just so I would place the order. They didn't get there until 1:25 p.m. The delivery person was running late, so they decided to call her and ask her to stay late and proceeded to tell her that she was going to be receiving a flower delivery, destroying any chance of surprise. When I called to complain about this, I managed to get a woman with a child's mind that did nothing but upset me more by overexplaining why it was ok that this happened. Isn't the only job of a customer service agent to make their customers happier? After 20 minutes of listening to her babble, she offered me a $7 off coupon for next time. I let her know that I would never use her company again, so she needed to do something else. She went on for another 20 minutes, again about why this whole situation was ok. I absolutely lost it and she finally refunded my express delivery charge. It felt like I was trying to buy a car. She wasn't answering my questions, she wasn't offering any help, just explaining why she was right and I was wrong. BUYER'S BEWARE! If anything goes wrong, you have to pop a blood vessel before you will get any results. Absolutely not worth it! There are tons of flower shops out there! Use a different one!"

"Contact the Better Business Bureau if you had this experience too. bbb.org....I did it yesterday. It only takes a couple minutes

Ordered flowers for mother's day. Ordered on the 4th to be delivered on the 8th (they live in the mountains so they have to be delivered to the business) Flowers never showed. Called 4 times on Saturday and got the run around. Called on sunday go the run around, come Monday....No flowers...called again..they put me on hold for 40 minutes. Told me they can't cancel or refund my order. Sent them 7 emails over the weekend...they tried to tell me the flowers were delivered. I called a local florist and ordered flowers for her again. Funny same florist they sent the order to, but Just flowers only sent a name...no address nothing. Don't order from this bogus company if you value your money cause you willnot get your flowers or your money back!

Everyone contact the Better Business Bureau and report them! BBB.org...it only takes a couple of minutes.

"Flowers ordered for Mothers Day were never delivered. Cannot get through the 800 number. Waited on hold three different times for 45 minutes and never got to speak to anyone. The only options on the website is for re-delivery. The event has passed. I expect a full refund for their failure to uphold their end of the contract. No response to email sent yesterday morning. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Note: Never got response from this company. I processed a chargeback on my credit card. Suggest you do the same!"

"Ordered flowers for mothers day, never arrived. 48 hours later still no flowers, the request was 'still processing' because the original florest didnt have the flowers and sent it around to other florists. Very poor customer service. When I contacted them, I was laughed at then called a liar because he 'was not laughing at me' when he did it more then once. Refused to give me a manager for a full 10 minutes before I was actually transfered over to a manager. Never got to a manager, got put on hold for over a half hour"

"I want to start by saying AVOID using Just Flowers. I ordered a lovely flower basket on May the 4th to be delivered to on Friday before Mother's Day. This was the suggested date of delivery by this company. The flowers were not delivered by the 6pm guaranteed time. So at 6:37pm EST I called the Just Flowers number and got to listen to two different songs for 47 minutes. Finally a recording came on to take my number for them to call me. They (a real person) actually called Saturday morning stating the flowers would be delivered by 8pm that evening. Well as you already know the flowers were not delivered. So I go on line to state the flowers were not delivered and the next date of delivery on THEIR schedule was of course Sunday,(Mother's Day). Last night at 8pm I called my precious 91 year old mother to apologize. This woman is sharper than a tack, very gracious and has more intelligence than all of the Just Flowers employees combined. I am EXTREMELY dissapointed in this FLY BY NIGHT attitude of a company that has been in business since 1996. Since 1996, give me a break, wouldn't a company be running at top performance in 13 years? If I gave service to my patients like Just Flowers gives service to their customers, my patients would be dead!!!!!!!!!!

And again I will state AVOID this company at all costs. Call a local florist instead and save yourself a ton of heartache.

"No mothers day flowers for my mom thanks to just flowers. I actually ordered them two days early so not to worry about them being late. Ordered Friday for Saturday delivery. I called my mom full of anticipation sunday (mothers day) and she never got the flowers. I called the 24 hr phone number, stayed on line forever only to have the automated service hang up on me due to the huge volume of phone calls. This was at 11 pm. Im sure they were all complaints by then. DO NOT USE JUST FLOWERS! SHOULD BE NAMED JUSTDONTGIVEASHIT.COM. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. "

"I ordered flowers on May 8th and Just Flowers called me today, May 10th stating the local florist did not have sunflowers. The representative asked me if I would be happy with a bouquet of other mixed yellow flowers. "No," I told her. I informed her that I expected sunflowers to be delivered and if that was not possible, I expected a refund. She stated that they would find another local florist with sunflowers and they would have it delivered by 8 pm tonight. It is now almost 9 pm and flowers were not delivered. I told her if they did not deliver by 8 pm with flowers in good condition, I expected to receive a refund of my payment. She confirmed that this would happen. Based on the reviews, I highly doubt this will happen. I am going to my bank tomorrow to see if they can possibly assist me with this matter. Horrible service and wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered!"

"Just Flowers are so unprofessional! I ordered from them with the guarantee for same day delivery and then when I called the next day without receiving flowers, they still couldn't tell me where the flowers were!...Its Mothers Day and still no flowers! They did not even send the request to a local florist where the flowers were going!..In process of cancelling order because the occasion is over and NO Flowers were delivered! Absolutely the upmost awful company to order flowers from! DON'T DO IT!"

"I ordered some flowers from JustFlowers.com for Mother’s Day. The flowers my mother actually received looked NOTHING like the photo I ordered from. The arrangement was mostly leaves, I could have gotten better flowers from the local grocery store-FOR A THIRD OF THE PRICE. How embarrassing! The photo I ordered from was a full and lush bouquet with at least 2 dozen flowers. How misleading! When I tried to call JustFlowers to complain (within the 4 day period they stated online) I was put on hold for at least 25 minutes until I finally hung up. I guess once they have your money, they could care less if you’re satisfied or not. I wrote them a nasty e-mail and still haven’t heard back from them. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Unless you want to be thoroughly disappointed!"

"Unfortunately I did not check epinions.com before trusting this company with the order and delivery of my Mothers Day Flowers. On Wednesday, May 6th, I order a bouquet of flowers from justflowers.com. The flowers were scheduled to be delivered to my mother's workplace on May 8th, 2009 between the hours of 9am and 2pm. The flowers were never delivered.

After 45 minutes on hold (no, that is not an exaggeration), I finally made contact with a customer service representative whom I could hardly understand. After interrogating me for several minutes, she put me on hold once again. Another ten minutes passed before she got back on and apologized for the "confusion". I was informed the flowers were not delivered because they flower shop was "slammed" with orders for Mothers Day flowers.

"Not to worry," she said, "we will have the flowers delivered to your home address before 6pm."

At this point I was so upset, I requested a refund of the entire purchase. She informed me a refund was not possible and I would need to have the flowers delivered to my home address. If I wished to cancel the order they would refund $10 for the inconvenience of failed delivery. So, I would get $10 back from a $60 dollar flower arrangement which I wouldn't even receive.

Awesome.

I will never use this company again, and I suggest you avoid them like the plauge. Absolutely horrible.

"DO NOT USE JUSTFLOWERS!! I trusted them to deliver a special arrangement for funeral services that did not make it on time. The arrangment completely missed the services yet when I called to complain they questioned my integrity saying my order was delivered. I received 4 phone calls with no resolution other than they got paid completely for an order that was a total waste for my family. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they don't deserve our business and especially our money!!!!"
