" I am more than dissatisfied with this poor service. My recipient did not receive the orchid I ordered on time, they were not called nor was I. I was on hold and then speaking to a manager for 38 minutes. I am in a service oriented field also and know the difficulties associated, but I can assure you I will make sure NEVER to use this organization again as it does not deliver flowers just headaches!! They offered me $5 for my time. I could not even understand the people I was complaining to since english is not a requirement.

"I placed an order with Just Flowers because they stated they could deliver on a specific day, which they couldn't. Then they could not deliver because the hospital told them the recipient was in ICU. Once that was cleared up they did deliver. The recipient was happy with the arrangement....the only problem is that when she read the card back to me....which my message was within the correct number of characters so nothing should have been cut out....they chose to omit one word…the name of Jesus.

Now, I do understand that Christianity isn't the current "in trend" and that everyone is not a Christian. However we are and that was a very important part of the message that they chose to omit. I do not appreciate having my message on flowers I ordered and paid for censored by a company just because it isn’t a Christian organization. This is something I wanted to share for other Christians that may want to send flowers to a loved one.

"USE Just Flowers if you want them to send the wrong flowers in the wrong basket and the wrong color. I sent flowers from United States to Canada for a funeral. Apparently they arrived but that's all that was right about the order. After I received a thank you from my sister with an enclosed photo of them, I contacted Just Flowers. But because I couldn't contact them within 7 days of the order, they wouldn't give me any kind of ajdustment on the messed-up order. They tried to give me a coupon for my next order (that won't happen) and offered to send a letter to the party I sent flowers to (Why? Going to tell them they should have had a nicer arrangement?) So to make me feel better, I'm warning others not to use them. Wish I had checked for reviews before I ordered."

"This company is the worst of the worst. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-laws birthday 2 days in advance and they were 2 days late in delivery! They said they called her so they could deliver the flowers, but DID NOT leave a voicemail. Who in their right mind usually answers an unknown call anyway?! After we learned that the flowers were NOT delivered on time, we tried to get our money back but the customer service department is ridiculous. They're reasoning for not refunding the money is that they upgraded the flowers that were delivered 2 days late (even though they never checked with us if we wanted them still delivered!!) I work in customer service and this company should be reported to the BBB. I'm VERY agitated at their lack of respect for their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!"

"HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! Failed to deliver funeral flowers after paying for RUSH service, even after I inquired BEFORE hand to make sure that JustFlowers could fulfill the order. JustFlowers.com waited to inform me AFTER the funeral was already underway that they "unfortunately" could not deliver the flower arrangement before the viewing or even the funeral service, and this wasn't even a SAME day order! I wish they had contacted me right away so that I could have made other arrangements. I was devastated! Don't be fooled! Don't chance using JustFlowers if the order is especially important to you, or for a one day only delivery. JustFlowers may or may NOT be able to do your order, but they will tell you either way that they can do it! It is a total crap shoot! I am totally sorry I used JustFlowers!!!"

"I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered flowers from Just Flowers. I ordered white roses for Terry Fator's (the headliner at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas) wife to congratulate her on appearing on the cover of a Maxim. I even wrote about the flowers being white in the card that I dictated to the Just Flower agent on the phone. Just Flowers delivered red roses instead and they were in such poor condition that the bell hop refused to deliver them. Thank God they were not delivered! I tried to get a refund and was offered 10 dollars! The Bell Desk told me to try Roberts Flowers instead. Two hours later a startlingly beautiful bouquet of white roses were delivered to Taylor by Roberts himself. Fresh and for less money than Just Flowers. Lesson here is to call local florist who actually care about their customers."

"PLAIN AWFUL. This company goes by many different names: JustFlowers.com, BuyFlowers24.com and more. I ordered a Fragrant Garden Basket for my wife's birthday. I paid extra for more flowers and the total was $74.23. I requested no lilies as she is allergic to them.

They were delivered on the correct day, but the arrangement was TINY despite the extra fee. Also, several of the flowers were BROWN or had ugly brown spots. And the final straw: Lilies!

I tried to email them twice during the next week to request a refund. Their email server rejected my messages. When I finally called, it was on the 8th day and they have a 7-day policy and did NOT issue any refund.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY! You will regret it.

"Disaster! My mother is 80 years old and waited for her birthday flowers today...never arrived. I placed the order the day before in the early a.m. They called me at 6 pm the day they were to be delivered to say they couldnt deliver them. Had they called me earlier I couldve ordered elsewhere. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They offered next day which wasn't acceptable given the time they notified me. Now have to wait for refund 2 to 4 days. YOU SUCK!!!!!"

"I made an order through justflowers.com and I was afraid to due to the bad reviews, but the balloon bouquet that I ordered was delivered within 4 hours from the time i ordered them!!!

I don't think you can trust all of the reviews... I had to write this to make sure that you know at least one person was happy :)

"This unprofessional, unethical so call florist should be shut down. I am actually going to call channel 4 and see if they can run a story on them because people who haven't use their services should be worned not to. After three attempts my flowers and balloon were not delivered. They didn't answer my telephone calls and only responded to one email which they didn't follow through on. I'm now waiting on a refund. "

"This place is a sham,,, I work at a florist. Any florist who has FTd or tele flora has a personal site. Google a florist and contact them direct. It will save you a lot of money and heartache. Just flowers calls constantly. With broken English trying to lowball us. Ridiculous. Support your local florist. Even one in your home town can wire orders to other towns, even other countries for a small fee. Much less than just flowers. Just flowers is an insult to all mom and pop flowershops"

"You know how you are stuck at work all day and so you go online to get a convenient way to get flowers delivered to your wife on an important occasion like...oh I don't know...Valentine's day?? Yeah..JustFlowers IS NOT IT!
The reason I went with it was for the same day delivery which of course DID NOT happen..and "I swear..I sent you flowers ..but they didn't deliver them" doesn't really make for an enjoyable Valentine's day. Also "we're sorry...we're too busy to take your call. Try later" doesn't really qualify as customer service now, does it?
Thanks for nothing, incompetent charlatans.
