KBAuthority was the most reasonably priced place on the internet. All went well until the shipper got involved. On Friday, the shipper left us a message to pick up our shower doors (they were supposed to be delivered to our home). We called back and they then said they would deliver on Monday. We advised NOT to bring a 40' trailer because our driveway was not big enough. On Monday, we called to get a closer time and they said after lunch around 1 pm. The driver called us a 1:15 p.m. and told us he had our shower doors on a 48' truck. Fortunately, we have a trailer and we quickly had to get the trailer and meet him in a grocery store parking lot. He then advised that we had to sign for the door without opening it. I told him about how we were warned not to sign anything prior to inspection. He called his supervisor...he reiterated that we must sign first, but that his driver would stay until the inspection was complete. We showed him the bold message attached to the doors...we had to sign first. This put us in a catch 22 situation. Fortunately, there was no damage to the doors, except the two very minor chips to the glass that were under the plastic corner pieces (from factory)."
