"I ordered two identical medicine cabinets. One arrived perfect the other the glass door was broken outside and inside in different places. It was a Robern and the team at KB Authority quickly arrange with Robern to contact me within 24 hours. However, I was told by Robern the medicine cabinets are made to order and therefore I have to wait 3 weeks for a replacement. I hired a carpenter to do numerous projects and they are now all on hold while I wait for the replacement. There has to be a better way to replace a door on a medicine cabinet. This does not make sense to me. However, the replacement door arrived within two weeks. KB Authority could not have been any better and Robern also was great."

"I was amazed by the prices, the quality of the furniture and the general service. The only negative is that I never got a call back any time customer service promised to do so. I had to find out on my own that a product was back-ordered, and then followed up with 2 more calls for specifics. It DID arrive around the time they said, and it DID come right from the manufacturer which was a simple, elegant solution. The customer service people themselves were a pleasure to do business with, and I believe just some slight tweaks will make them STARS. I highly recommend buying from them. When people order online you have their email address and really everyone who buys stuff online want to know where their products are from the moment they pay until its dropped at their door. ALSO I placed my order and received a call to "confirm the order for security purposes" which was GREAT except I received the call a day and a half after I placed the order. I was thinking my product was being boxed up and shipped only to find out that the order had not yet been placed:( Then I had to call customer service twice to get tracking numbers as my products were shipped from 2 different warehouses. "I can honestly say this was one of the worst online experiences that I have had. I made the order on the 10th of March for a product which was indicating was in stock. I was asked by email to call the help line to confirm the order for security purposes ! It was taps that I was ordering, so why you need a security clearance is a mystery.

I then received an email on the 14th Mar to say the items were a special order item and were not in stock after all.

The items were eventually dispatched on the 26th Mar and I received them on the 31st Mar, so not exactly the best online experience that I have had.

I had called numerous times before I purchased and had great customer service from Mike. He even offered me different options that would suit my needs. After purchasing, I followed up re delivery and knew exactly when my items were coming. The best part of the shipment - I purchased shower doors and their warehouse in NH loaded it on a pallett for delivery and UPS trucking told me that protected the shipment, where most other deliveries arrive with broken glass.
