"I have never had a worse experience. We spent over $3,000 with this merchant. When our order arrived, we found that there were multiple items missing. After repeated attempts to communicate with KB Authority we were told that we had to deal directly with the manufacturer of the products. That is, no customer support. After waiting weeks for the missing parts we then were prepared to install the cabinets, only to find that the ganging kit that we were advised by KBAuthority staff to buy was the wrong one for our cabinets and lights. The wrong kit was sent back to KBAuthority on December 12 and was accepted by them on Dec 19. No refund has been issued and 6 weeks have passed. Emails to the company go unanswered. "

"We love our double vanity and sinks. The product was as described and was delivered in great condition. They were fast and efficient and the delivery driver delivered it to our garage and not curbside for no additional fee. Will use KBAuthority again."

"Our experience with KBAuthority.com was flawless. We ordered 2 X Fully Frameless Sliding Shower Enclosures. They arrived at a reasonable time. The glass enclosure were very well packed. No damaged was encountered. The products ordered are great and we are very pleased with our purchase. "

"Great prices on Franke sinks, this is the second time ordering one with them. Did call to inquire how the "sale"price on the website went up $100 overnight, and seven days before they indicated Franke was raising prices (1/17)....no real answer. I ordered anyway as the price still beat the competition. Also their specs were wrong but they changed that immediately once aware. Like any web purchase, you need to do your homework. Their webmaster needs quality control but customer service was friendly and open to questions."

"I like my vanity, it was packed well and arrived in good condition, however I would give your company a low rating for customer service. I had to call customer service several times to get updates on my item- it had a delivery date 5- 6 weeks from order date. I received out of stock notices from several other websites alerting me the item was in stock, then I called Kitchen and Bath Authority to tell you the item was in stock. YOU need to do better in that area.
I was not told prior to or during the 5 weeks I was waiting for my item that you did not supply delivery to the door. I had to make sure I had several other people waiting around for 4 hours to help get my items into the house, unpacked and inspected. Once I placed the order someone should have contacted me to inform me that this was your delivery policy. I had to pay the driver an additional 50.00 to get items to the door, he was alone so my family had to pay to help him deliver our items.

"I had shopped and shopped for our new kitchen sink. I finally found it at KB Authority. The price was right and with no shipping or tax charges, it made it even better. KB Authority kept me informed every step of the way! I would defiantly buy through them again! You guys are the best!!!"

"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order online and it said the price was zero. They would not honor the price. They called to tell me the price was wrong - I called back and did not hear back from them, for over a week. That held up the rest of the items on the order. I called to see if a product was in stock. I was told it was being delivered to their warehouse the next week and would be sent right out to me. They claim they have problems with that mfg but they did not tell me even though I told the phone sales person that I needed it asap. I did not get it for over 2 months. I left numerous messages and sent emails to the customer service representative and did not hear back. I finally pushed enough buttons in the hopes of speaking to a different service representative.I asked for the correct filter to use with a product and was told the wrong one - and then they would only exchange with a 25% restocking fee. Their customer service is horrendous and I will never ever ever use them again."

"Worst customer service experience of my life. They shipped the wrong item. I contacted them on 12/16. On 12/20 they still had not resolved the issue. I called them every day. They said they would call me back and email me. THEY NEVER DID! They finally had the correct sink ready to ship from the MFG on 12/20. They did not even have the courtesy to expedite the shipping for a Monday delivery. I ended up canceling the order.

2-14-2014 Update: KBAuthority.com have still not credited my credit card for the return of this item. Even after numerous calls from me and promises from them. They have had the returned item since January 8th, I have proof of delivery from UPS.

THAT IS 37 DAYS AND COUNTING! THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY!

"We ordered two Franke farmhouse kitchen sinks from KBAuthority. Their prices were so good it was hard to resist. The sinks arrived without a scratch and were delivered within 9 days even though they were trucked across the country from MA to OR. The entire experience was awesome, and the sinks are so beautiful we're thrilled that we took the plunge and ordered such important items for our new home online. We would definitely order from KBAuthority again."

"I would not recommend KBAuthoirty. I purchased a sink which took over 3 weeks to arrive, when it arrived it was damaged. I called KBAuthority the moment I opened the shippment for return instructions. They told me to send a photo of the damage which I promptly did. It then took more than a week for the returns department to send a Prepaid Return UPS Label. I sent the merchandise back within a day using it. KB confirms reciept but is extreamly slow to process the credit. This has been going on since Oct 2013 my last communication was Dec 2013. I had to call my credit card company to resolve. The customer service rep as KB was as helpful as she could be but was not able to get it resolved. Very unsatisfied."
