"Wonderful service and good pricing. After discovering KC several years ago we've slowly transitioned each computer to KC every time one's needed to be replaced. With our most recent order, we now have 13 KC systems in this office and an additional 3 purchased for home use by employees.

Of these 16 sixteens, I can note the following:

1. They've all arrived on-time, on or before the date promised by KC.

2. Not a single serious problem on any of the systems. Small stuff happens, as can be expected after a year or two of use (dead video card, etc.), but no disasterous situations. Any small problems encountered have been handled quickly and professionally.

"I first ordered a system from Kevin in Dec 99. In May 02, I put in a CD-RW drive and started having problems getting the computer to boot up. I e-mailed Kevin on Memorial day, and even though it was 2 1/2 years after purchase date, he answered my e-mail within an hour. After several troubleshooting attempts, he correctly identified the cause of my problem to be a faulty motherboard. I ordered a new one and a new CPU from him and received the shipment promptly and intact. He provided extra instructions on installing the CPU fan, and responded quickly to several questions I had concerning BIOS settings. I also got a SCSI card from him for my scanner as the new motherboard had no ISA slot, and when I had trouble interfacing the new card with the older scanner he provided information to get me on track. All told, my system was down for less than a week. I give Kevin and KC Computers my highest possible recommendation. Prices are competitive, delivery is prompt, and service is unparalled. He answers e-mails very quickly, sometimes even at 1:00 or 2:00 AM. His operations should be videotaped and used as a model on how to run a sucessful business.
