"There was a delay in communicating the status of the order. Once I contacted the customer service representative, he informed me that there was problem with the needed supplies to produce the memory I had ordered. It took about a week later for the order to arrive.

I ordered 4 GB memory modules which I thought was 4 GB each, but instead was 2 - 2 GB modules. So be careful in reading the module details. Even with this error, I am very pleased so far the the performance of the memory and the service overall. i did not contact them regarding a change of the order. I had enough open slots to still give me more than adequate memory capacity.
