"I was a happy customer, having bought new batteries for my laptop more than once, always with a perfect quality and service. This time, I am having a problem which I didn't reported yet to them, therefore cannot say that I am not satisfied because I believe they will hopefully solve the problem. I bought a regular battery and got an extra powerful one, which from one side was apparently a better deal, but this battery is very heavy, being the reason why I didn't ordered in the first place. Beyond this happening, the battery is not performing well, it disconnects all of a sudden after a while.

"I bought a SATA 3 SSD for a laptop that was guaranteed to be 100% compatible with my laptop. I imaged my old HD to the new SSD and the laptop wouldn’t boot. I used two different software packages to perform the imaging and still no luck. I contacted Kahlon support, who was pretty rude, and of course, according to them it was my fault and their drive was good. They said they sold that same SSD to others with my laptop, and it worked fine for them. I contacted the drive manufacturer (Kahlon only adds a sticker to someone else’s SSD) and the manufacturer thought the drive was defective and exchanged it for me. The new SSD still would not work. I contacted an expert on my brand of laptop, and they said that my ATi Radeon Xpress 200M chipset did not include SATA 2 support for the new SSD that only supported SATA 2 and 3. Therefore, it was IMPOSSIBLE for my laptop to work with this SSD, and clearly, it was NOT 100% COMPATIBLE, and it was IMPOSSIBLE for others to use this SSD with my laptop. KAHLON LIED! I contacted Kahlon (which now was out of their exchange period) and explained the situation, and I heard back basically that they will see what they can do. No response for several weeks and I even emailed them again to see if there were any updates. Even after I proved to them that their SSD is not compatible with my laptop, it was still listed on their website today as being 100% compatible. I gave them every opportunity to resolve this situation before I left negative feedback. DO NOT TRUST KAHLON! KAHLON IS TECHNICALLY INCOMPETENT! PAY A FEW DOLLARS MORE AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY! "

"I was sold a battery that works better than the one it replaced but when it gets to a full charge it causes a red light to flash on the front of the computer. I circumvent this by removing the power cord and only reapplying it when I am using the computer at the desk. On battery power, it seems to last an hour more than the last one."
