"The battery wouldn't work. Shipping response was slow. Their communication is non existent, except through the online chat. The online support contact form yielded no response at all, from two requests. The online chat person did reply, and sent an email explaining what to do.
I followed their instruction on updating the laptop with no difference in the battery. I requested an RMA with no response, so had to go back to online chat to make that happen. Battery has been returned, so we'll see if they make the refund happen. I reordered a battery from their competitor, received it in two days, and it works fine."
