"Well I ordered a backpack through theses guys and the wrong one came... Although I was upset, I wanted to see how they handled the situation. Every time I spoke with someone via live chat they were very helpful. We were waiting on a return label from the seller and out of the blue the rep. said I could keep the wrong item I received because it was turning into a hassle. Yeliza was very helpful and to be honest I wasn't expecting them to do this at all. I was not going to order though them again, but after they handled the situation I will order from them again."

"They are TERRIBLE at communicating. I bought a Christmas sweater in October, and they finally sent me the WRONG sweater in April. After 6 months of waiting, and a dozen frustrating email exchanges, I asked for a refund, as they had also lowered the price by $25 dollars. When they refunded my money (weeks after my request), they also raised the price to what I had paid half a year ago."

"I've had ordered from here before and everything was smooth but recently I have order $80 worth or merchandise and I have not recived a single thing or got a single respond to insure that I will get my merchandise. I try to track my order but it's not even in my order history but yet I still have the confirmation email and my card is still charged with the $80. I don't understand how they keep taking peoples money and sending emails trying to bring people to buy clothes cause all there "sales" but they don't fulfill any orders are message you back when you have a question regarding your merchendise or your money "
"I recently ordered from Karmaloop prior to reading the customer reviews- big mistake! Their website is up and fully functional; receiving orders and taking your money, but you will never hear back from them. I emailed them three times regarding my order because they had charged me the full price of the order, without the advertised 40% off. They never responded to my emails. Only then did I read the reviews on the company. Thankfully I was able to get my money credited back to my account by calling my credit card company. So buyer beware... Do not order from them!! They recently filed chapter 11, and their vendors are not shipping the orders. Accepting orders and consumer payments with no intent to ship merchandise is against the law. "
"Ordered on 3/23/2015, 3 t-shirts, 3 flannels and an accessory. Got the t-shirts and the accessory in time but no sign of flannels (which 3/4 of the order).
Was being patient as Karmaloop has always done well with me. But with no sign of shipment or refund, contacted first by email, then live chat, then email again.
First email - no response to this day
Live chat - generic message they send everyone, page link to some bankruptcy page

I also ordered a watch worth of $50 some days ago when I was still trusting Karmaloop but now I'm fearing for that items arrival as well.
I wonder if I will ever get the shirts or the watch (they still sell them on their website) or my money back. I doubt it.

"They have the audacity to pretend like they aren't going out of business while still taking peoples money with no intentions of shipping the product. They don't ship the product becuase they had all the brands doing it themselves. When the brands weren't getting paid for the product Karmaloop was "buying" from them the brands stopped shipping. So, if you order from them you WILL NOT receive your product. The messed up thing is the only way to get your money is to wait for them to go through Bankruptcy court or contact your bank about a fraudulent charge which the bank will have to cover. They claim they may get restructered or sold to another company, but after all this who would ever want to buy from them and furthermore they have ruined their brand equity by screwing so many customers over who will now find new retailers to shop at who will fill this void with a quickness. Worst business model ever."

"Received an email stating that my order had be canceled because they will not be receiving the item. Why sell things that you have not got in stock? Emailed them to ask about what will happen with the refund and never heard a thing apart from an automatic reply that said they would contact me within 48 hours. Never happened and then again I questioned and the reply was from the automatic service. after 2 months I got my refund but still never heard a thing back. A family member of mine also had a problem with this company as they sent him the wrong items!! "
