"Been a customer for a few years and I usually get good CS and responses from the karmaloop sites only with this last order i got some hiccups but they have been working hard to resolve all issues, sometimes u gotta be patient and work with who works with you! I got some items from my order and the rest i didnt get im getting compensated for and i cant wait to buy more dope gear from them with their competitive pricing and discounts!"

"I ordered a pair of Red Wing boots in January. It is now March. Apparently these were pre-sale items; It was not specified at the time of my purchase. I have not received an update on my purchase. I ordered these boots specifically as they are a gift. I also tried calling the phone # for customer service but no luck. If someone could please provide me with an update, that's be greatly appreciated. "

"I've been shopping for Karmaloop for years now, they had a big warehouse crisis lately which caused them to halt pretty much all orders. At the end they rectified the situation and took care of everything. Karmaloop truly cares about their customers especially the owner Greg. Hope they come back in full force."

"Had some trouble using a store credit and Karmaloop customer service came in with the clutch and advised me on how to use it. "I just want to say Aisha Slay has made my online shopping nightmare all better lol. As a former apple employee customer service to me is the most important focus when running a Buisness. Having people who will run your Buisness as if it is their own! Not allowing the systems to dictate the customer journey ! With most companies you get a lot of the run around and a million reasons why you cannot do something. I didn't receive that today ! I am a promoter of Karmaloop and their customer support !"

"I do not know if this site is intentionally trying to keep my money or if they just have 0 support staff, but I just had to escalate my Paypal dispute to a claim. I have ordered before with some issues, but I got my merchandise in the end. The items they told me are out of stock are still available for sale on the website. Very frustrating, but luckily I use Paypal for everything so one way or another I will get my money back. Still getting their spam emails though...so somebody must be working there."

"just wanted to let you know, those 40 oz t shirts that i bought, they are crap very cheap materials they look like $1 or less t shirts, so i feel like i was robbed and trust me, i will make everyone knows all that i went through, first all i had to wait to get my stuff (more than a month )and then more disappointing the kind of cheap t shirts you guys sent me, which i paid lot of money for them.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER! They are the PITS! I placed an order Janruary 29, 2015, this upcoming Sunday will make that 2 months ago. Quite Frankly I DO NOT CARE what happened in their factory/warehouse there is NO excuse at all for the way they have handled this situation with customers. All I ask for is a refund. I have reached out 5 times after I was told over 3 weeks ago that I would be receiving a full refund for the items I never received. If you look at my last review an associate who was obviously lying commented and told me I would receive a refund within 2-3 business days, that NEVER happened. This seems to be the only way to get a response of any kind out of this TRASH company. The only reason they have one star from me is because I can not submit the review without it, they deserve no rating and to be shut down completely which I'm sure is on the horizon. Another thing stop sending me e-mails about your sales and promotions!"

"Ordered items 1/25/15 & 2/2/15, no stuff, no updates, no response to multiple emails & tickets for customer service to assist. The 1-877-GO Karma phone # is a joke, it's not even in service but they send me 10 emails a day with sales with no problem. Even emailed the head guy Greg, they said it would be shipped this week, that was a week ago, no tracking # or anything. Getting a bank refund. Worst I have ever dealt with."

"Update hey again so here 3/4/15 updating status and im so happy to let u guys know that today I recived my money back from paypal dispute and escalating the issue tje last thing I recieved from my order was a shipping email that only one shirt was ship here I am 3 weeks later still nothing thank God paypal got my money back good luck guys if have a qiestion email ****@**** I just came to update my issue......So I ordered my boyfriend some shirts on jan 26/2015 today feb 15/2015 still not shipped I recieved some email apologizing for delays bla bla bla which is a lie from what I read on reviews 2 weeks ago emailed them to please ship the items didnt get no answer so 5 days ago decided to open paypal dispute and was told again about shipping delays but asked if I wanted to cancel order email them so I did and also canceled on the paypal dispute to make sure they read it well its still not canceled just hoping to at least get my money back and never use this website again. I will dispute with my bank also incase these ppl dont want to refund my money. Goodluck anyone who trys to order from them"
