"Failure to reset my tire maintenence light after getting new tires. I repeatedly asked for the correction but the manager had a defensive attitude full of excuses instead of listening, apologizing, and correcting the problem when asked. When he finally corrected the issue he stated I could have done it myself. Also continuing to state its not Kouffmans policy to reset tire maintenance lights after getting new tires. The light technically comes on to remind the owner its time for a rotation. Therefore if I got new tires and you rotated the back tires to the front and put the new ones on the back...why would you not reset the tire maintenance light. At the minimum at a tire place, if my tire maintenance light is on I expect the technician to address it and not return my car with the light on or not provide any explanation after I have paid for a service. That is disgusting customer service."

"When I made an appointment online for 10:00 am the next day, I got a call from Kauffman in about an hour to confirm. I showed up about 5 mins early, they put my truck in the bay about 5 mins late, and 5 mins after that, the manager come out to tell me that the tires would not be delivered to their shop until after 12:30. He called me a little after one, and I was there 10 mins later. To the shop's credit, he took my keys and immediately put my truck on the lift. I was called up to pay in less than 35 mins. I also received a slight discount for the trouble."
