"the experience in the store was good however when i called the next day about price match on tires, because i found the tires at another company for almost $40 cheaper, the manager gave every excuse not to honor the price match. its sad because i have been using Kauffman for a few years now. probably will not anymore. "Basic rotate and balance plus oil change and air filter. Upon inspection after the service I found that not only was the box to the air filter not secure, the tech had broken the clip on the box and just left it open. Then found that he did the same thing to my sisters car. If they can't handle a simple air filter, I certainly wouldn't trust them with a more important repair like brakes or other. Just ridiculous."
