"I'm a previous customer. I talked to a sales associate on the phone and got a quote for 2 Cooper C5's. I went to your website to review the tires and found that ordering on line was $60 dollars less. I placed the. online order for the earliest time offered (8:00 AM) to try to be first in line. I showed up @ 7:45 only to find out that your store opens @ 7:30 on Saturday and that there were now several customers ahead of me and I had to wait. The service manager apologized several times. Other than these 2 issues, service was good. The Cooper C5's so far seem better than the previous C4's.

Because they did not rotate the tires, I doubt if the tires were even taken off & balanced.

"I found the tires that I wanted online on Thursday. I chose a set of 4 and set up an online appointment on the first day available which was Saturday. A short while later, I received a call from Kauffman Tire about my appointment. I was informed that the tire I had selected was not available, and I was offered a higher priced tire. I asked about another that I had seen online and after a brief pause I was told that it would take longer to have delivered than my Saturday appointment. The whole experience was just disappointing. Many times they check for things that could be an issue, but upon inspection determine there isn't one or in some cases, it's something they can't service and recommend the dealer .... I've never experienced that at other service providers ( if other providers hint there might be an issue, they always seem to find one and pass along a charge). I feel comfortable Kaufmann is more interested in providing the best service and keeping me as a long term customer rather than charging for every little thing they can possibly dream of ("cash grab")"

"went in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation at the Brandon shop
came out with wheel balance issue at 70MPH
went back the following day to recheck balancing and got some improvement
still have steering wheel vibration, not fixed 100%
this time will go to the Tampa shop for a third try! "

"Always nice and to the point. Get all my tires done there. Truck rides well after tire installation & witnessed the manager handle a rude customer professionally!!

I went to the douglasville ga location on 6/5/2014 for a new front tire, patch the rear drivers side I already bought recently from the store, oil change, and battery/systems test. They did it all and did a great job. Interacted with several employees who did exceptional!

Will continue to use them!

The staff was friendly and really took care at removing existing
nearly new tires and mounting/balancing on the new wheels.
Put my old rims in the trunk along with all the old hardware in
a bag. I will be going back to put tires on my other car."
