"I ordered a product on this website on 9/20, thinking that I would receive my purchase in 3-5 business days. After a day I noticed I was charged for the purchase, so I tried calling 'keenzo' to inquire. After numerous attempts I finally got a hold of someone at keenzo who sounded half asleep and made no attempt to sound pleasing, in fact the person sounded down right rude. The reason for my payment not going through was that they needed my CVC number, which I provided them. Once again after a say I didn't notice a charge on my card, so I tried to email them (3 times because I did not want to deal with the boorish customer service) and no reply. I finally tried calling and a different person picked up sounding totally uninterested in my order. She finally told me she doesn't know what is going on and that she would call back, no call back. I finally called today 9/27 to inquire, and the service person told me that it still wasn't shipped out and they didn't even run the payment through. I finally asked them to cancel my order, and the service person said "okay...bye" and slammed the phone on me.
Lesson learned:

I called and provided my CVV# on the second day. AND the same day that I purchased the backpack on keenzo.com, I purchased a MacBookPro on apple.com and the card went through fine.
I have also recorded how many emails I sent and how many phone calls I made. NONE of my email were replied to, and NONE of my voicemails were returned. INFACT, when I called your customer service representative and she told me that she would call me back in a few minutes, I waited for HOURS!!!!
BOTTOM LINE...YOUR SERVICE IS DISGRACEFUL!

"I ordered something that was indicated as "in stock". After a week of hearing nothing I sent an e-mail, then 2 more. Never heard anything from them, no response. After a few days short of a month what I ordered just showed up. I will never order from them again, it wasn't worth the few cents I saved.
Update 9/26 - Just read their response, pure hogwash. I review my "rejected" e-mail list every day, and never received anything from them except the original order confirmation. How come that made it through? Besides, they had my phone number. Stay away from them, it is a lousy place to do business, poor excuses and all!"
"HORRIBLE!!!! I made an order on 8/8/07. Status said sent from warehouse, shipping "pending". I waited. Finally, on 8/20 I sent an email wondering where my screenhouse was. I got an automated response & nothing further. Again, I sent another email on 8/30 and got the same - an automated response but never anything further (automated response says someone will respond as quickly as possible. This was supposed to be used for vacation on 8/31 which obviously wasn't going to happen. On 9/12 I checked my status again and it then said Sent - Back Order, ship date pending. I called the company to cancel my order which they did and asked why I never was responded to or sent an email notifying me that the product was out of stock. The lady I spoke with was nice, but had no response for me. Somewhat my fault, I guess, for buying a screenhouse from an electronics store, but if they can't deliver the goods they offer, they should not sell them. VERY, VERY UNIMPRESSED!!"
"Unreliable company. Received email notice of product availability and placed an order 08/25/07 for ASUS A8N32-SLI. Order status stated "Sent to Warehouse" for 6 days. Called and spoke to Jessica who said item could be at the dock of the warehouse waiting to be shipped. 6 days? Asked to speak to supervisor and told supervisor was "in meeting". (Why are supervisors always in meetings, btw?)

I ordered a computer game for my son as they had the best price by only a couple of dollars. (The other supplier macgamestore.com would ship it within 24 hours via priority mail!). It was "IN STOCK" which in KEENZO talk means that they don't have it in stock and that THEY won't be shipping it but it will be drop shipped by a distributor. (My expectation was that they would ship it quickly and I would have it in 2 day since they are located in Long Island). I emailed a request for shipping info-NO RESPONSE. I called and was told it was shipped and I would receive it in 2 days (didn't happen) and that I would get an email notification (also didn't happen) and then I called - they close at 4PM!!! Left a message and called again found out I that it was shipped and i would be getting it in 3 more days.---I will see if that is true or not.

I received a very resonable email from the Manger of Customer Service - he seemed genuinely sorry and wanted to find a way to make it right. I did receive the item finally - it was the lack of communication from keenzo that was the problem - not necessarily the service. I expect to give them another try with my next purchase since one doesn't often get this kind of attention when purchasing on the internet these days.

The next day I have received an email that the products were in back order and will take at least two weeks to fulfill. "I ordered a 1394b cardbus card from them with expedited shipping. It arrived promptly, but it did not work in my brand new HP mobile workstation. The card was recognized, but it did not recognize any 1394 connections made. I verified that the cardbus slot worked by trying a different manufacturer's 1394 card which worked perfectly. I called them and they said to fill out a RMA request, but DO NOT SEND IT UNTIL FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS ARE RECEIVED. I filled out the form but never received instructions, and verified that my spam blocker was not holding them. I called and they said it had just been sent, but it did not show up. I called again (about 10 days had gone by) and they promised to resend it to both my home and my work email, but they did not. Now I can't even get them to return my calls (they don't usually answer the phone).
All I asked for was a return credit so that I can buy another card from them (they sell the other brand that I tested as well). I am considering filing a complaint with American Express, maybe they can hold off payment or something. As I see it on the website, the RMA is approved but they are trying to prevent me from sending the product back. They were very insistent that I not send it until I get instructions and I am concerned that they will use that as an excuse if I just go ahead and use their mailing address.

"I ordered 42" Panasonic Plasma Monitor (TH-42PH9UK) early morning on Thursday. Called on Friday, but it had not shipped. Called on Monday, but was told that it probably is sitting on the loading dock (the website says "Sent to Warehouse"). After a phone call on Tuesday I was given a tracking number, supposedly for FedEx. On Wednesday the correct carrier was determined, and I could track the shipment. Newegg has the same monitor for $1100 (including shipping), but while I was waiting for mine, the Newegg's shipping charge was waived, which would have saved me $50. My advise - stay with reputable sellers. Extra 5% may not worth the aggravation."
"I couldn't believe the low prices. I ordered a set of Shure SE310 earphones, listed for literally 25% less than ALL other online retailers. I expected a dodgy web site, incorrect item shipment, extra charges... NOPE!
Keenzo sent me an immediate email confirmation, charged me very reasonable UPS ground shipping rates, and, less than a week later, I'm enjoying exactly the headphones I ordered, at exactly the price they promised me.
Their web site even lets you log in and link directly to UPS's shipment tracking data, so you can watch your package's process.
If I could rate these guys 11 out of 10, I would do it! GREAT JOB KEENZO!"
"I had an excellent purchasing experience with Keenzo Corp., even though it turned out to be a return. I'm happy to sing their praises.
My son, a student and help desk worker at a college, was finding memory sticks for my old but serviceable Sony desktop. It wasn't easy. He hears about good companies to order from through his tekkie friends, and I suppose that’s how he checked Keenzo Corp and sent me to the web site to order.
Well, the sticks came after some confusion with the order--since I'm no tekkie and changed the number of items after the order had posted. Also, I had accidentally ordered laptop instead of desktop sticks. So I ended up first getting a second stick sent out before we found out they were both wrong and sent them back for a refund.
Keenzo and I spoke several times by phone and voice mail straightening things out. Those customer service people were as helpful and welcoming as my own neighbors! Thank goodness, they allowed return and refund of the unopened stick packages.
Honestly, I can't wait to order again from Keenzo. Response time by phone and mail was speedy and their customer service people were thoughtful and human--the perfect complement to 21st century electronics. - Carmen Clark, Madison WI

"I ordered a product on March 19 and wanted to return it. When the package arrived, I refused it. The package arrived at Keenzo on the 2nd of April and now it is the 9th. So far, nothing has been done about my refund. I'll update when Keenzo refunds me.
Update April 17:
Keenzo finally refunded the full purchase amount, including shipping. Although it took a while for them to respond, when they did, they were very nice."
